Reincarnated! Family!!
*God's Domain*
After 3 years of continuous hardwork of Consolidating all his powers and skillsets both from his past life to the current power God granted, He finally integrated it to his soul.
He got up from his meditative trance and marveled how complete he now felt.
(a/n : This powers are empowered by his soul power.)
Thinking about this 3 years, Bruce sighed as it was too hard to consolidate all his powers. Nothing like those fanfic he have read where MC gets complete control of their respective power.
But After Understanding the reasons from God, he understood the facts.
The first reason being:
That to reincarnate especially in another universe he had to have a strong base meaning a Strong soul to withstand the Samsara's cycle of rebirth of said universe.
(A/n : Even if God granted his 1st wish, please remember that God only opened a safe path to Marvel Universe. And as each universes has laws that cannot be broken *Even by God* as they are the foundation of said universe. so God can just 'bent' the rules or else said universe might be destroyed)
The Second reason being:
That in his past life he was a bonafide Genius with heck loads of skills studying from whatever subjects and fields interested him😅 also another major reason being his inborn talent of editic memory, So that took him forever.
And the final Third reason being:
His powers that were granted by the wishes from God. As he had to first integrate said powers to his soul as that was a foreign feeling of knowing something new yet poweful touch deep into your soul without you being born with it.
Finally it was also all because of his Bloodline and the Library of Heaven's Path which tremendously helped to adapt and grow his soul and mind to strengthen and grow stonger soon.
As the Consolidating alone would take a decade longer without said bloodline.
And he was deeply thankful for God to suggest and Grant him said bloodline.
Once after going through all the preparation for his eventual Reincarnation process is done, he turned to face his Creator and said,
"God I have finally consolidated all my powers and am ready for my Reincarnation"
"Good. Good my child I can see that your soul itself is now stronger than that of before and also the strongest among humans of this universe."
"I also see that you have seen the effects of your 'adaptive-growth' bloodline to your soul"
"Yes. I've experienced it and even though it takes a lot of time to adapt and grow , It has Helped me alot and also strengthen my base"
(A/n : The Base being his soul, which was strengthened due to his bloodline)
"Good, Now I'll open the portal. Be ready and always remember to enjoy and live your life to the fullest without any regrets."
"Before going, I wanted to ask if me being there would change the timeline ? "
"Well if you do nothing major like killing Villains or some important characters right of the bat then there's no need to worry.
But if you do something major then I hope your prepared"
Listening to that advice got Bruce thinking that he would have to be careful in handling some of those characters.
But with some cunning and slight manipulation to change some plot or deaths without major disturbance he can achieve his goals and be poweful to face that sorry excuse of hybrid of a bald purple giant with potato face and also the rest of super Villains out there.
"Yup okay 😊 Thank you God for once again granting my wishes."
*smiling*
"Okay Son. Take care and have a Marvelous journey"
And with A bright flash of light he vanished from the plane leaving God alone to ponder on what changes and ripples this soul might bring.

*Third P.o.v*
It was a bright Thursday morning on 4th of July in the year 1918.
On this joyous festive day in America we find the celebration on the every street.
It is also where our story starts with legends being born to Sarah and Joseph Rogers in New York city.
We find a pregnant Mother who's on the way to emergency unit.
(A/n : It is confirmed that before Steve Rogers was born his father Joseph Rogers was K.I.A in World War 1.)
And thus after 2 hours of struggle we could finally hear cries of twin babies being born. The mother, Sarah even after being weak from giving birth held them up from the nurse hand and couldn't help but cry both in joy and sadness.
The joy being finally able to see her angels even if both were different she loved them all the same and the sadness being, as they would never get to see their Father again.
But determination soon set her mind as she promised herself to be there for both of them in all walks of life by sharing the responsibility of both mother and father.
Looking at the Elder twin despite his small stature as compared to younger twin she named him Steve (The name his father Joseph decided) and the younger twin being Bruce (The name she decided) and handed both of them to nurse as she was still weak and also she could feel Steve had slight fever and couldn't help but worry about him.
And so finally due to exhaustion finally lost consciousness and drifted to sleep.
*Normal P.o.v*
Bruce after walking through the portal was unconscious and was only woken up to a rude awakening with a slap on his butt which he couldn't help cry aloud along with another baby.
And finally only calming down once he was in his mother's embrace.
He opened his blury eyes and could see a vague figure on bed, who he felt some connection and realized that might be his mother and the other Baby who was crying earlier was his brother Steve in their mother's embrace.
(A/n : Our MC is not blind as Newborn babies can only see blury images untill the eyes strengthet to adjust to view clearly)
While in his mother's embrace, He couldn't help but squeal at finally being in Marvel universe and being born next to the legend Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America.
After the excitement, he was also very happy and glad to finally have a mother from whom he could feel the very love he was starved in his previous life emitting boundlessly.
Thinking about his Father not being present he was sad but remembered about his demise in W.W.I and he promised himself to treasure every single moment with his mother and to love and support her.
As being a single parent this age will no doubt be hard on her and so he wants to try to reduce problems on the way and be of help whenever he can.
Finally looking at his Elder brother, he couldn't help but compare his stature but also numerous struggles he would have to undergo before emerging as the legend. And so he again promised himself to help out Steve in the future especially the bullying.
Hearing his mother weak voice about naming them broke Bruce out of his thinking and felt himself and Steve being handed out to nurse to check them in the I.C.U overnight for any complications.
Finally after feeling tired after this Ordeal he finally drifted to sleep.
Waking up next day from his sleep he found himself in his mother embrace he felt Happier once again but couldn't help but notice Steve not being there and was worried.
Later once his mom woke up, a nurse informed his mother about Steve's condition from asthma, scarlet fever, rheumatic fever, high blood pressure, and heart trouble.
His mother could help but let out a mournful sob at hers son's suffering but with a strong determination she believed her son will make through it despite suffering and despite this setbacks as he was his father's son and a Rogers never give up.
Listening to his Mother's words to the nurse and also to reassure herself, Bruce couldn't help but be determined and inspired and adopted her on the "Never-give-up attitude".
*Time-skip*
Since then a week has passed and Steve made through I.C.U finally being deemed stable and was with him with their mother.
Thus after few more days once their mother was deemed healthy, the doctor finally discharged them.
Bruce was now finally excited to go home and being in New York of Marvel universe was surreal experience as this was the hotspot for many things yet to be happened in the future and so he was excited and happy to start this Marvelous journey.
