Uncontrollable Anger

"Fine, I'll do it."

"Really?" The flower's mood lightens up.

"Yes, really! Can we just get this over with?"

"Alright! Let's deal with her!"

We walked back to the old training grounds together, and saw the ghost relaxing in the zone, waiting for me to come back for it.

"Hey that wasn't fair! I didn't have a warm-up yet!"

That was a big lie, obviously. I can tell, dummy.

"Whatever you say, but you chose the easy way out." I replied

"No I didn't!"

"Yes!"

"Alright!" Flowey stopped the argument "So, we are in this together, right? We go in, and kill Tori, and leave. No traces at all. Got it?"

"Oh killing? This early?" The ghost gave a creepy excited smile, like the smile you would see when a kid gets their birthday presents. "I'm okay with that, how about you, cheater?"

"I guess if you guys really want to… then yeah…"

"Sweet!" Flowey smiles "We are going to end this once and for all!"

He grabs everyone with his roots, and walked us to the location. They look really dead serious about killing Toriel, but my mind still hasn't been made up yet. It could be that she wants to kill me accidentally or purposely. Either way, she killed me, and I have to take revenge, but is this the right way? Damn it. It's too much to think about. I took a quick nap while Flowey gets us there back to the Ruins.

I was standing at a long hallway, leading to the king's location. There stood a lone survivor, with some magic powers. I'm holding a knife, with many blood stains around, and the ghost is right beside me. He mumbled some words I couldn't really hear. Then, a loud voice came across my mind:

"It's a beautiful day outside."

"Birds are singing."

"Flowers are blooming."

"On days like these,"

"Kids like you…"

"Should. Be. Burning. In. Hell."

"You dirty brother killer."

I woke up, sweating. The ghost and Flowey isn't anywhere around. They must've went somewhere to seek help, or just advancing forward without me. I took a crumpled napkin from my pocket, and wiped my face. That dream was too real, I thought. It could be foreshadowing something, like a certain event is going to happen.

"Hey bastard! You fell asleep!" The ghost knocked me in the head

"Ow! You really didn't have to do that!"

"Hey! Shut up, you two." Flowey breaks the argument once again. "We're here, so keep it down."

"Oh right." The ghost gave a quiet laugh, knowing that we are pretty loud.

"So, are we wiping out this whole area?" I asked.

"Yep, pretty much. No witnesses, remember?" Flowey responds

"Is there really another way? They are innocent, right?"

"If someone was to saw the murder, they will track us down, and we are done for, so sadly, there's no

other options. Besides, this area shouldn't have any people here. It's a ruins after all."

Hearing that lightens me up a little bit, knowing that I don't have to kill anyone besides Toriel, the one that caused me to choose this path after all. I followed the gang around the Ruins, through the rivers where I sat with the ghost and talked about the prophecy.

"Damn it! People ahead!" Flowey siad, with anger in his voice.

And, that just went right out of the window.

"Hey! Chill out! They are just those useless monsters. No need to kill 'em, right?" I said, with the motives not to kill them.

"Actually, smarty" Flowey said with a sarcastic tone. "We kinda need to kill them, if they interfere with us of course! But, we can try to spare them, and hold them as hostages."

"Hostages? Who the hell hold hostages?" The ghost dashed out of cover, and instantly took out the convoy with his knife, one by one. The convoy screamed for help, but nobody came. Flowey ran up with the ghost, and helped him to kill the fleeing ones. I stood there, watching as these monsters turn into dust, and disappearing into the air, as if they never existed.

"I could care less about this world anyways." The same deep voice called out.

"Because at some point, you're just going to get bored, and reset."

"Then everything would be just as normal again. Like it was intended to. As if you never existed."

I kept hearing a small voice within my head. It was the same one that I heard for the first time, about the hall and a figure. Could that figure be the person saying these?

"Hey." The ghost quietly tapped me

"Hey! Damn it!" The ghost shouted at me.

"Huh? What happened now?"

"We took out the convoy. There shouldn't be anymore disturbance around here." Flowey came back, with dust on his thorns.

"We really didn't need to kill them though… ghost." I said

"It was necessary. They were a group of messenger. Look what they've got on them."

The ghost handed me a small piece of folded paper. I unfolded the paper, revealing what's inside of it. The handwriting was pretty off, just like mine's, but it was easy to read still

"Order: This is Toriel. Sorry to disturb any of your daily lives, but a human child have went missing within the Ruins. If anyone can find it, then please report to a near convoy. Thank you for your cooperation."

They are hunting for me.

Treating me like an object. A property just for them to toy around.

"More of them ahead!" The ghost shouted

I dashed out of cover, and ran out into the further areas of the Ruins. Another convoy lays ahead. I pulled out my knife in my pocket, tempted to kill them.

This wasn't going to be a joke. I meant it.

"Hey! That's the kid!" One of the guards yelled

The other guards cornered me into a pole, tried to tie my hand. I held out my knife, and stabbed one in the chest, instantly killing him. I took the guard's spear, and tackled the remaining guards. There were fear in their eyes. I can feel it wavering around, as they were begging for mercy, and remorse.

I can care less about these monsters.

I killed each of them one by one with the spear. Each time a monster dies, it's soul breaks apart, and turns to dust. There were fear and more fear each time one is killed. It felt amazing though, as if I'm gaining something out of this. Power? Determination? Hatred?

"It's funny how you were so different at the beginning"

"And now you are just here. On a path to murder."

"You really don't think that people can change themselves…"

"Welp. Guess I'm the only one who really gets it."

My head hurts. The figure talked to me again, as if it wants something from me. Determination, perhaps?

The gang came up to me, with something on their hands.

It's a weapon from one of the messengers.

"Hey! Look! What did I tell you, he's grown Flowey!" The ghost said with happiness in its voice.

"Uh… huh, so you must've killed them." Flowey questioned.

"Well, yeah. I got a little bit too aggressive." I lied.

"Well, before we move any further, we should plan out an attack on the inner Ruins." Flowey said with a smart voice.

"Preplanning? We don't need that at all!" She crosses her arms together, and leaned against the wall, just like the old dad that I knew when I was younger, showing that he doesn't care at all.

"Nah, we should actually plan it out though, for real." Flowey refused

"Alright, smarty guy, what are we gonna do? Waste time looking for this woman, or mass exterminate every single one of 'em, so we can find her easier?" The ghost sounded a little impatient.

"I just wanna get this over too, Flowey. We just need to take her out, but it's gonna be difficult with all these patrols guarding the area, ya know?"

"Mass extermination, huh? So genocide run basically."

"If you want, then I'm okay with that."

Genocide run? Murdering more than just Toriel? That wasn't part of the deal. It never was to begin with. I just wanted to kill Toriel, and get it over with so I can explore peacefully again.

The conversation got a little bit louder, which alerted some convoys around the Ruins. We saw a group of convoy looking around for us, with armor and spears. They are not joking around like the previous convoy. Toriel must be serious also.

Which means that I have to start getting my act together.

For the sake of my vengeance.

"Guys, here we go!" I yelled, and rushed the convoy with my knife. The others spread out, and took care of other surrounded convoys.

I stood against quite a few men, around to be twenty or so. I tighten the grip of my knife, and rushed towards the armored ones. They stood there, defending the weak ones, while the weak ones attack from behind. Great strategy, I thought to myself, and backed away from them. My body hurts, and my mind is not functioning correctly as it should be. I tried to block one of the heavy's attacks, but it knocked me back into a wall.

I screamed. There was nothing the others could do for me. The heavy walks up to me, with a spear, going for the execution

"Damn… you… Toriel…."

"Damn… you… Toriel…"

"Damn you!"

My soul triggered a red aura around me. I felt powerful, and alive, as if I was completely healed. The knife glows red, as red as it could be. This power could be what kind of soul I really carry within me.

The will to complete an objective, no matter what, and the will to not give up.

The power of determination.

I stabbed the heavy with my might. It stood there, dead from the inside, as if I took out its emotions. It turned to dust, and I kept moving on, killing everyone I see, until there was nothing left. Dust filled the air, creating a ring of white particles around the Ruins, like a halo effect. I can feel the power that I've gained from killing those guards, but the use of my soul hurts. I grasped, and fell down to the ground.

"You certainly have Chara in you, by that expression."

"Chara? It's the ghost's real name."

"And you are being slowly controlled by her."

"Once she takes over, you're done for."

"Just remember that, killing will ruin your mind…"

"Ah! Damn it, woman! Lemme go!" The ghost yelled, waking me up

I was tied up at a pole, where it's right next to the dead tree near Toriel's house. These stood the one and only, Toriel. She weaves on a battle suit, with a delta coat around her.

"Why are you doing this, monster!" She furiously asked.

"Why? You want to know why!" I screamed. "I trusted you! Treated you like family! And here you are, just ruining my life with those deceptive lies and words!"

That came out more aggressive than I thought. She did broke my heart when she killed me. I viewed the Underground as a place where I could truly live, and forget about my past, where it was just a broken family that I live in. And just to see Toriel as my first light, it was amazing. I wanted to call Toriel a "mom", but she just ruined it all for me.

"Forget about it. I'm done caring about you, because now I am all alone." I said coldly, and used the power of the soul to free me out of the rope, and the ghost too.

"Allow me to show you true despair!" I shouted at Toriel, with my knife in the back of my hand. I ran towards Toriel, with the knife pointing towards her.

She stood there and took the knife to the chest.

Dust flows everywhere.

Toriel kneels down, with her hands covering her wounds

"Why didn't you attack me?" I questioned. No answers at all.

Her voice suddenly came up. "I felt guilty about killing you that time… I felt anger… which caused me to kill you by accident…" Toriel whispers, sobbing loudly.

"Please… let this death be a lesson… for you my child." She smiled, then slowly disappeared into dust.

All that remains of her is her battle armor, and a purple knitted jacket she tried to give to me, if I wasn't going to attack her. Power flowed through me even more. It feels amazing, yet tears dripped down my face.

I killed an innocent person out of anger.
