After a year of rigorous physical training, Silver D. Rayleigh was astounded by the incredible progress Azrael D. Franz had made. His physique had reached the pinnacle of human potential, with bones and skin hardened to the point of nullifying bullets and ordinary blade cuts. Coupled with his rapid generation and recovery abilities, Franz had become nothing short of a human monster in Rayleigh's eyes.
Today marked a momentous occasion, as Rayleigh was about to impart his knowledge of Haki and combat principles to Franz. Haki, a dormant power within all living beings, encompassed qualities such as presence, fighting spirit, and intimidation. It was a strength derived from unwavering confidence. Franz listened intently, absorbing every word as Rayleigh unveiled the seven realms of combat mastery:

2. Advanced Realm (Marine captains and low-bounty pirates)
3. Intermediate Realm (Rear admirals and mid-bounty pirates)
4. Master Realm (Vice admirals and high-bounty pirates)
5. Grandmaster Realm (Admirals and Yonko pirates)
6. Legendary Realm (Gold D. Roger, Joyboy and IM)
7. Saint Realm (Ascendants)
Due to his exceptional comprehension and peak physicality, Franz achieved the Grandmaster Realm in swordsmanship and archery, the Master Realm in guns and martial arts, and the Master Realm in staff combat and throwing daggers—all within a jaw-dropping eight months.
Satisfied with his student's progress, Rayleigh made the decision to leave Franz on the island to further hone his skills and unlock his true potential. Before departing, Rayleigh entrusted his travel journal to Franz, a treasure trove of knowledge about the world he was about to explore.
