Chapter 11: Yule.
School went normal after Quirell gone. Time flies. When Harry woke up to a pile of presents in the foot of his bed, it's already Yule, the Christmas of magical world. Harry woke up and see Theo awake already, reading a book in his bed.
The boy has been better now. Nobody at Hufflepuff leave him alone, they all reached out to him. Slowly but surely, Theo has become more open and relaxed. But, his father still become a no-talked-about topic, hence he's staying at the school at holiday.
Harry grab one packaged near him, tore open the wrapping, inside full with honeydukes sweets. He open another one and see what he's been waiting for, his father invisibility cloak. A note accompanied the cloak.
'Your father leave this in my possession before he died. It is time it was returned to you. Use it well.'
Harry hold the note on his hand. Turn it into dust, then put the cloak away safely.
"Thank you for the present, Harry." Theo said softly from his bed. Harry has give him a book that he's been reading now.
"Yeah, you too." Harry waved Theo present in his hand, it is just a quill, but his intention is the one matter.
Harry open all his present and found out that he get various sweets from almost all of his yearmate. Thank Merlin, Iris convinced him to get all their yearmate little presents too, otherwise they'll think that he's rude for not giving back presents.
Harry take shower first before walking out to the Great Hall with Theo and Iris. They are the only Hufflepuff that stay in Hogwarts. In the Great Hall, the four long table has gone, and there is a big round table instead. Headmaster Dumbledore told them to sit together with the others.
The Christmas brunch ended with the students having a snow war outside. The three Hufflepuff choose to get back to their dorm. Iris had Theo to accompany her to play wizarding chess, while Harry beg off to get some sleep. When the other is busy, Harry Potter disappear within his dorm room.
Harry Potter is in the Gryffindor common room. Nobody is in there as they are busy with the snow war. Harry take a look then walked to the dorm room where Ronald Weasley live. Harry glance around the room which is used to be his. He spot a fat rat sleeping in a pillow on one of the bed. Harry fired a stunner at the rat. It stay still. Harry picked it up and put it in his pocket. Mission success.

When news about the formerly known deceased Peter Pettigrew show up at the house of Amelia Bones, head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, the magical world went crazy.
Sirius Black is a prisoner of Azkaban because he's been charged with killing Pettigrew, but he is still alive. So that mean that Black is wrongly accused.
Bones went as far as making the minister Fudge has to take a look back at those who's taking care of Black case at that time. Fudge dump all the wrong on the minister at that time.
Dumbledore is not surprisingly absent from Hogwarts. He's trying to do some damage control over his own image because there is a file ,on that case in ministry, that saying that the Headmaster is the one who said that Black is the Secret Keeper of the Potter's. He is indirectly the one who killed them. Others followed the statement as far as saying that Black is a Death Eater, sent to spy on the light side.
Black, who's finally released from Azkaban has laughed long and hard when he heard that Pettigrew is not dead. The guard swore that Black is crazy.
The new year is very lively after all.
