A flabbergasted Mike Vonmert Stood inside a beautiful office. Alex motion for him to sit down across from him. Mike just did as he was asked. All the while asking himself, 'What the hell have I got myself into.' "Hey, Don we got a couple guys snooping round back what you want us to do wit'em?" A man who seemed to be an ex-soldier asked Alex to the surprise of Mike. Right in front of his eye's Alex's face switched from kind host to clod businessman, "Find out why they were there and if they were here looking for us the first thing I want you to do is Ask them. Do the worms feed on a dry day. Understood." 'That wasn't a question at all.' "Yes sir." "Now where were we Mike."
/Four days before/
Alex had just left the police department and called in an investigation into a abuse of power and what not. Then he remembered something as he was starting his car. 'Hey system.' {Yes Alex and just call me MS.} 'Alright MS how many members of my family are there excluding Cass and myself?' {Exactly zero, Zip, Nata damn one.} 'Alright i guess it's about time we change that don't you?' {Oh? I most certainly agree. Now what where you thinking?} 'Oh that's awfully simple. Just check the streets and the slums for Ex-soldiers/mercs.' {Oh, That's a good idea.} 'Hehe, and it'll only take three to four days to gather a good sized army of sorts' {and when your done you'll give Mr. Vonmert a call. Ha! That's a great idea!} 'Then shall we get started?' {Of course.}
/Present day/
"Now Mr. Vonmert as you can most certainly see, My line of business is not just PI work. In fact I only did that to get to you." Alex said with a clam no bull shit face. "Wha wha wha... What do you mean?" Mike stammered out. "It's real simple, I have a proposition for you but that can wait we have a visitor. Come in Cass." Alex stated with a slight frown. "Aw come on every damn time i try and eavesdrop on you you always catch me!" While she was rambling on Alex looked straight at Mike and said, "Cass here is one of my capos and my proposition for you is related to my work as of now though i have a slightly more pressing matter. Now tell me Cass did you finally get you racket up and running?" At this Mike realized something, 'Oh shit! Is this guy running a mafia! Wait a proposition for me... If he is then I have one for him. After all I've been looking for somewhere to belong for a long time.' Cass frowned only slightly before understanding dawned in her eyes, "Yea Don were up and running although i still don't understand why you wanted an lintier racket dedicated purely to making and selling weapons." "You will quite soon if this deal goes the way I hope it will."
Mike spoke up at this comment, "Oh Alex I think you'll like how this meting is going to pan out," He stated this without a stutter no fear and pure confidence in his voice. "Oh? Will I? Then please continue. Cass leave us will you. And No Eavesdropping this time K?" A shiver ran up Mike and Cass's spine after those last few word. "Yes Don It was nice to see you sir." Cass said as she walked past Mike on her way out of the room. "So as you were saying?" Alex asked he was genuinely curiousness About What Mike Vermont thought would make him truly like the way this would plan out. "Simple Alex. I just have a couple questions for you." Mike said without any hesitation. "Of course please ask away." Was the answer he was hoping for and received. "First, Does your family have a code, Morals or anything like that." Mike was worried... For no reason apparently for all Alex did was smile and throw a file on the table. "That is my proposition it contains all of the details for your part of the deal. Go ahead and read it." Mike did just that.
