Chapter 147: Leave my cousin alone(144)
Bobby started school today his testing put him in advanced classes and he found out he was in Trevor class. He was glad to have a friendly face.
Out at recess some of the other boys were making fun of him.
"Redhead freak, looks like you have a skin disease."
"I wonder what color his blood is... Green"
"Carrot top, Carrot top ugly as sin so his life should stop"
"Cut it out. Stop teasing him or I'll let you have it." Trevor said pushing Bobby behind him.
"Why are you sticking up for the freak?"
"He's my cousin. Anyone makes fun of him has to deal with me. Got it." Trevor then pulled Bobby away.
"Don't listen to them. I like your red hair. If they give you any trouble just tell me. Mom said you would be going with me after school to play basketball." Trevor said.
Bobby wiped his face, "Dad said I was to go with you. Is that alright?"
"Which Dad, Uncle Josh or Uncle Ben?"
"Ben, This is a little confusing???" Bobby said.
"Do you call them both dad?" He asked.
"Yes is there something else I could call them." Bobby asked.
"When my dad was alive I called him Papa it's french for dad. So you could call Uncle Josh Dad and Uncle Ben Papa." Trevor suggested.
"I'll ask first if it's ok but they did say I could call them anything I like."
"Lets get back to class the bell just rang but remember if anyone bothers you just tell me."
Both boys went in. During P.E. some of the boys once again ganged up on Bobby. They had pushed him down and he was crying when Trevor came up and started fighting. It took three teachers to get the fight stop.
All the boys including Bobby was sent to the principal office.
"OK how did this all start?" He asked.
All the boys looked down but Trevor.
"Trevor tell me!"
"They have been picking on Bobby just because he has red hair and freckles. I told them if they did it again they would get it. How ever this time they pushed him down and made him cry so I had to make them cry." Trevor said.
"Bobby, is this true?" he asked. Bobby just shook his head yes.
"Ok I got it. You three one week of detention and a 1000 word essay on bullying, Trevor you will have to have a week of detention too for fighting and I want 1000 word essay on why you should remain calm. As for you Bobby since you are the victim here no punishment for you attended regular class."
They all had to wait for their parents. The three boys left first. Then Josh and Maggie came. Bobby insists that they wait for Trevor.
When Betty showed up she just shook her head. "What I'm I going to do with you now?"
"Mom, what should I do, they were bullying my cousin." Trevor said.
Betty smiled, it is strange how they became family so fast. "Josh you have time to drop them off to basketball practice?"
"Sure as soon as I get Rose and Kimmy. Good thing I went for the 8 seater." He said.
Betty left to go back to her meeting with the mayor he was planning a big Thanksgiving dinner to raise money for the city sports program.

Prosecutor Hibbard walked in to Zane's office.
"How's the case?" Zane asked.
"That's why I'm hear. She is not stable enough to stand trial. Her attorney just took her for a psychological exam and had her declared mental ill. Her grandmother agrees to place her in a mental hospital as soon as the judge signs the order."
"Then that is it?" Zane asked.
"No, She is pregnant."
"She took the dame pill how is that possible?" Zane yelled.
"One, the pill is not 100% but in this case she faked it. She believes you wanted this child with her." he explained.
"Now what, can I make her get rid of it?" Zane asked.
"No, we can not force her. You need to decide if you want the child or does social services get the child when born."
"If I get the child, she can be no part of it's life what so ever." Zane said.
"If that is what you wish that can be done. You do have nine months to decide. Talk it over with your wife and family."
How was Bell going to take this news. He was barely hanging on to her as it was.
He called Mary Ann and asked for her and Robert to stop by on their way home. When they arrived he talked to them about everything he just found out. He told them that today was her first day with a psychiatrist and he was unsure of how to tell her.
Robert said, "Tell her right off son. If you wait and she finds out she will never trust you again."
Zane knew he was right but needed to hear it out loud.
He then talked to Mary Ann about a new assistant. He needed one now that Josh was a stay at home dad and Jillian was off her rocker.
"I'll send over a very good assistant. He is better then I am. I promise you that. " Mary Ann said.
He thanked them and walk out. He then went home to talk to his beauty.
He had stopped by and gotten Italian for dinner.
"What's wrong?" Bella asked after seeing him with a worried face.
"We need to sit down and talk." Bella sat down next him and he took her hand.
"I met with the prosecutor today. Jillian has been found unstable and will not be going to trial for what she has done, but will be going to court to have her committed to a long term hospital."
"Ok, what else, this is not enough to put a worried look on your stone cold beast face." Bella said.
Zane took a deep breath and squeezed her hand, "She did not take the pill. She faked it and now is pregnant with my child."
Bella stared at him not saying anything.
"I can't force her to abort the child if she refuses. How ever we have two choices. 1: It can go to an orphanage or 2: We can raise it. I want to know what you think because this is your life too."
Bella sat there in shock.
