Chapter 41: MUSICALE
They headed to the isolated room leading to the washroom. As they turn left and got closer to the area, they heard an ear-splitting voice accompanied by the deep growling sound of a beast.
Mu Lingxi:
LISTEEEEEENNN!!!...
I am alone at the crossroad...
I am alone in my own world!!!

Janus:
"MEOW" [YEah]
Mu Lingxi:
To say what's on my mind!
Janus:

Mu Lingxi:
You should have known!!! Ohhhhh-- ┏('▀_▀')ノ♬♪
Now I'm done believing you.....
You don't know what I'm feeling...
Janus:
"MEOW" [Yeh c' mon DJ Jhay-nooze in the mix!!!" ヽ(⌐■_■)ノ♪♬
Mu Lingxi:
I'm more than what... you gave to me...
I followed the voice.. you gave to meeee...
Janus:
"MEOW" [YEh! YEh! YEh!]
Mu Lingxi:
And now I gonna find--------

"-----WHO"S RIGHT THERE!!!!!!!!!"
Mu Lingxi and Janus' mini-concert was unceremoniously interrupted by the sudden thundering howl of the man who arrived out of nowhere.
He kicked the door open and both parties were shocked as they both stood frozen on the spot.
Mu Lingxi half crouching body and was on the act of trying to reach the highest note of the song was left in that same position. While she was holding the hairbrush like a microphone.
"MEOW"
[Woah??? Little lass, I did not expect your grandfather to be super supportive. He even barges to your restroom uninvited to watch as we practice our first debut single????]
Janus sitting on the bathtub said in a manner intending to mock, as he subconsciously pricked up his ears.
Mu Lingxi's body was wrapped around by a towel while her hair was still dripping droplets of water. It was easy to guess that she just had a fresh shower.

When Mu Ruochen recovered his senses, he kicked the guards out of the room.
"You!!! Close your eyes!! What else did you see?!!!! Get out this instant!"
He slams the door shut as he turned to his back facing the guards who just got kicked on their ass before anything could even register on their brain.
"We did not see anything clan head."
"I swear my eyes were closed all this time!!!"
"We won't dare,...."
The three guards cried out as they kneel on the floor. Pleading for their innocence.
"Get out of my sight!!! Get out of this room! NOW!!!!!"
Mu Ruochen was shouting at the top of his lungs as he glared to everyone inside the room. He was akin to a raging dragon who was about to breath out a fire at any moment.
"You! Bring your young miss over to my study room once she was done dressing up. I need to talk to her. You understand???!"
He instructed the pale looking maid whom he just kicked away just a while ago.
"Yes, clan head. This servant understand"
Yanyan immediately kneels and bow her head as he replied to Mu Ruochen's command.
As if sands washed away by the wave on the seashore, the servants around disperse and all was left was Yanyan, still kneeling on the floor.
When Mu Lingxi came out of her bathroom, she saw Yanyan picking the broken pieces of her door.
"What the hell happens in here?!!!!!!!!"
"I am so sorry young miss. I thought that something bad happens to you and so I panic. When clan head arrived and try to call you out to open the door, you did not respond. So he asked the guards to break the door into pieces."
Mu Lingxi and Janus almost slap their head at the same time. (－‸ლ) (－‸ლ) (－‸ლ) (－‸ლ)
"MEOW"
[ Sometimes I really find it hard not to ponder the chances of your family member reading too much conspiracy theories. Their imagination sure knows how to run wild.]
