I was putting on the pearls on my ears before I was looking at the new necklace that Nicolas got me. I mean, this man was wasting money on something that I don't even wear on daily. If he spent money where it's worth, AKA my negligee, that would be much more.

"Are you ready?" Nicolas asked me as I turned to look at him. He was wearing a black suit with a red necktie. I cannot argue, he looked delicious right about now.

"Hmm, I was having a problem with this one," I said as I was holding the pearl necklace in front of me. "Do you think you can help me?" I asked him before he smirked.

"Allow me, my lady," he said as he took the necklace and I was turning to look at the vanity. I was wearing that black spaghetti strap dress. It was alluring and sexy all the same. Nicolas was locking his eyes with me in the reflection before he was putting the necklace on my neck.
