Chapter 69: Chapter 68
"So.... you are that masked Prince?" Iris said, her expression clearly said that she had already guessed it before but her words were like asking question.
He looked in her eyes, something shine in his eyes but he was able to hide it before Iris could notice "Hm... I am. Its been a while Princess" he flashes a very pleasing smile.
Seeing him smiling like that, Iris got struck stunned by it. She could feel her own heart beating fast all of the sudden.
Iris got herself to calm very quickly, she thought to herself 'he should smile more often like this, with such genuine smile, he look more.... attractive.... wait what?!'
"Cough..... Yeah, its been" she said while avoiding his gaze.
They both stop talking afterwards, the silence unexpectedly didn't make them uncomfortable at all, but they even become relaxed, just like that day, enjoying each other's company silently.
A thought come into her mind all of a sudden, she turns towards Vincent to ask "it's your second time coming here right?"
Vincent got confused by this sudden question but hummed in answer and even nods too.
Iris flashes a smile and said "You haven't been able to roam around in Siberia before, right?"
Vincent again nodded, Iris continued "hmm..... why don't come with me tomorrow at the flower festival" even when she was asking her eyes were shining like stars in the dark blue sky.
After getting to know him for a while, Iris could tell that Vincent meant no harm, even felt like a very genuine friend to her.
The certain someone who was referred as a very good friend in her thought is looking at her bright eyes, being pleasantly surprised by her sudden offer, neither the less he agreed without any queries asked.
There is only thing running in his mind that 'she takes the initiative to invite him, how could he even dares to deny her.
They stayed for a little while before Iris take the initiative to farewell for the night, Vincent didn't stay for long after that either. He take a look at the staring night before heading to the bedchember prepared for him by Iris's instructions.
