Just when the time coming closer to dawn, an Knight came to tell her, that Crown Prince have arrived.
In some time the door of the hall opened and the first thing she noticed was.....
those eyes..... red as rubies.... so beautiful, enchanting.
'Isn't.... those eyes, where have I seen them before?!'
Just then something flash in her mind... an memory of the person..... the young teenage boy she's talking to, her little self sitting on the ground staring at those eyes...
She snapped back real Quick, realised, the men in front of her also staring at her. Before she could say anything, the Prince take her hand in his own very gently, she couldn't make out what's happening.
He bend to come closer to the back of her hand and placed a light kiss over it, there she felt.... as if her heart skipped a beat. realisation suddenly hit her, she retract her hand back, flustered she could feel her face getting a little hot, maybe shs already have that ting of red at her cheeks in embarrassment.
To be honest, its not the first time someone have kissed the back of her hand, Carlos also do that everytime he met her after coming to Siberia.
But the feeling this time was totally different from before.... she didn't get it why does it felt like that.
Her look of calmness didn't flatter a bit, she heard his deep voice just like four years before but with hint of maturity evident.
"Vincent Vol Vellore, Crown Prince of Valeria, greets Your Majesty, The Queen" Iris look straight in his eyes, his Ruby red eyes seems to have flash with something.
"Iris De Albort, also greets His Highness, the Crown Prince of Valeria" said Iris with a faint smile, almost unnoticeable, but for a certain someone he noticed it right away.
"I hope, I haven't give any inconvenience by visiting unannounced to Her Majesty" said Vincent expressing his apology, his expression also calm with no emotions shown whatsoever.
"Of course not, His Highness" said Iris politely. His expression changes finally, he said "Her Majesty can call me Vin or Vincent, making her Majesty call me as His Highness is not appropriate thing for me"
"Oh no... its fine...." Iris said a little shocked seeing a vampire crown Prince being casual about addressing.
"I insist" Vincent said like he won't go back to his words.
"Um..... *sign* alright, what if I call Prince Vincent, is that fine"
"Yes, that's good" Vincent shows a little smile.
"Prince Vincent might be tired from such a long travel, why not rest for a while, then have dinner with us" Iris said
