Personal account of an unstable person Chapter 4 - 4

I picked my phone up and texted ****.

He replied soon, and we talked about something that wasn't important.

I am hardly ever texted by my friends first. I always text people first, which causes some problems with my mind.

There's the constant threat that it comes off as annoying, or maybe they don't want to text me.

It's not as though I'm the sort of person to go out of my way to talk to people, but I enjoy texting people I care for.

whether or not they care for me is a different matter.

Eventually he has to leave because he's busy, or he falls asleep.

I just continue to finish the drawing I'm working on. Schools almost over so I'm not feeling as terrible about my drawings.

If it were to matter.

My phone rings again, and I pick it up.

My news app sends me notifications about 'breaking news'.

Apparently someone killed themselves earlier today. Near where I live.

I shut my phone off and place it down, then I get back to drawing.

It's almost the end of the school year. Next year I'll be in seventh grade...

It didn't seem very different from the current position I was in.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

At school on Wednesday, I was very cold.

"Are you okay?" A voice said from behind me.

I turned around to see **** looking concerned.

"I'm fine." I said.

"You've been shivering in 110 degree weather." He stated, looking serious.

"It's fine, I'm sure I'm just nervous about something." I stated.

"Huh..." His voice sounded muffled.

The bell interrupted our conversation.

"Who...are you talking to...?" An unfamiliar voice said from behind me.

I turned around to see a little girl starting at me, concern drawn on her.

"..." I turned and ran to get to class.
