Chapter 1: Initiating the process

"Wait you won't have to do this, leave me alone. I have no information you would find important. Let me go!!!!" screamed a man tied to an operating table, the overhead lights glared over his face showing numerous cuts and bruises on his face. He was surrounded by a group of soldiers and three doctors. A tape recorder lay on a nearby table. "The process has been initiated.... you'll be a valuable asset to our nation." a cackling laughter was heard followed by a scream and the person tied to the operating table fell unconscious. "Sir, all stats are normal. Shall we proceed?" asked another doctor to the head one. After 15 minutes the patient regained consciousness. This time he said only one thing "Samuel Turner, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, United States Army"
