when Cacha was away to the bathroom, Keinichi stared at his estranged family memberes one by one.
"What is your real intention to find me ?" He asked what he had wanted to ask long time ago.
"of course to make our relationship stronger. what else ?" Grandpa said.
"what a joke !" Keinichi sneered "All these years we lived like stranger. And now, all of suddent you appear in my life one by one. You guys pull string together as a family to trap me on your business deal isn't it ?"
"Finlay, How could you say that ? We really have nothing to do with that woman" Grandma was very sad. She almost shed tears.
Grandpa hugged his wife and looked at Keinichi with mix feeling. He was sad, angry but also felt sorry for his grandsons "Don't you know upsad your grandma was when that woman ruined our lunch ?"
"I really had no such intention when I introduced you to them. What did she do ?" Bruce spoke.
"She threw her self to him" Grandma said bitterly.
Ann and Bell stared at each others. They understood why a woman could so such a lowly action. Their cousin was really woman killer, if their grandparent did not bring him to the family gathering, they were afraid that they might do the same.
Keinichi signed "I am not talking about that woman only. What I said before is real, all this years I was only by my self. Honestly speaking, I prefer our old relationship. I want nothing do with all of you. Please leave me alone and don't harm my woman" Keinichi said firmly.
Every one was starlted. They looked at Keinichi with sad eyes.
"How could you say that ? Do you think we are so heartless ? you are my grandson, I love you" Grandma cried.
Grandpa signed " Finlay, Our blood run in your vein, you are one of us. what happen in the past, can you just leave it behind and start a fresh beginning with us ? I assure you, we really have no intention to intervene with your love story"
"Really ?"
"yes"
"Lets see if you are honest" Keinichi still did not trust them.
Back in the bathroom, Cacha tapped her blush face to calm herself dowm when she found some red marks on her neck.
"are there things mosquito's bites ? but it's winter, no mosquitoe here"
She remembered that her sister in laws often had it in her neck, her borther always told her it was mosquito bite but others were always laughing. She suddently recalled what happened last night, it was the area where she felt tingling sensation when he kissed him. She quickly checked her chest as she found some as well.
"Oniichan... !! Why didn't he tell me !" she stomped her feet angry.
"Ah.. no wonder Nana and others were laughing. what should I do ?"
Few scenario came up in her mind "Forget it. Just act as normall and pretend it's normall thing. It's to late to cover it up" she said helplessly.
"Oniichan, I am going to chop you" she sneered at her reflection.
She took a deepbreath and left the bathroom.
Cacha sat down on her old place and was dumpstruck as she could feel the atmosphere was not very good.
"Oniichan, what's happening ?" She whispered confusedly
"Nothing" he held her hand
"It's getting late. We should go back now" he did not want stay any longer.
"Charlene, have dinner with us. You don't mind, right ?" Grandma voice turned bright.
"I.." Cacha was in difficult situation. It was rude to reject the request but she did not want to oppose Keinichi either.
"Charlene, why are you so scare of him ? is my cousin temperament very bad ?" Ann asked playfully.
"Does he ever abuse you ?" Aunty Sue frowned. She could tell this nephew of her was a dominant person and rather ruthless and arogant
"What do you mean ?" Keinichi raised his cold voice. The atmosphere plummeted to the lowest, it was even colder that temperature outside.
"No. Not all all. Oniichan is very nice, Kind and gentle. He is sweetguy eventhough he is annoying sometimes"
"Pfftt" Everyone snorted as they heard her innocent answer, Even Keinichi smiled.
"Are you sure ?" Uncle Brett asked.
"Definately" Cacha nodded with confident.
"That's good then" Aunty Sue smiled.
"Finlay, if you want go, Just go by yourself. Let Charlene stay here. We won't let her go witb empty stomach" uncle Bruce found the solution.
Cacha looked at Keinichi and shook her head. She did not want to stay alone.
"She come with me so she leave with me" Keinichi also did not want to let her stay alone.
"you can't go any where. it's snowing heavily out there" Uncle Brett lifted the curtains. it was dark but they could see the street lamps halved burried by the snow.
Keinichi rolles his eyes and signed as he sanked back on his chair, God did not help him either. Cacha followed him to sit back,
"Why Am I so unlucky" He complained to her
"Don't say that. it was me who unlucky" She whispered.
"Why you ?"
Cacha twitched "I was laughed because of you" she showed her neck to him.
Keinichi snorted "I've marked my teritory"
"what did you say" she landed her punched on his chest.
He laughed as he held her hand and pulled her to his embrace "I am sorry. I will buy you good make up foundation so you conceal it properly next time"
" huh ? don't You suppose to say you won't leave and mark in the future ?" she said in reflex.
"No way"
"Shameless" She punched his chest again.
"ehmm. ehmm.." Uncle Brett cleared his throat.
"Gosh..." Bell shrieked as they covered their eyes.
"Can you two please consider single fighters in this room" Ann rolled her eyes while the rest muffled their laughed.
Cacah gasped as she was shocked by herself. "all your fault" She glared at the culprit who were still holding her.
"Charlene, How many siblings do you have ?" Aunty Sue started her interogation.
"Three brothers and a sister"
"how old are they ? Are they married yet ?"
"I am the youngest" Cacha openly answered every questions.
The old couple who knew every single thing about her and her family, nodded with satisfaction with Cacha honesty. They they were glad that she did not hide anything or added something to make her sound great.
