Chapter 1: 00 The Mirror
"I want to die."
Alastra told herself while she knelt and stare at her reflection, smudge make up and bleeding lips, in front of the still water of the river.
Suddenly she started sulking about how her life ended up so badly and how she misses her past self.
Her dress torn like a useless rag .
Her other glass slipper missing.
She thought that she's like cinderella, only that there's no fairy guiding her, only a demon.
"Zerka Veda! I SUMMON YOU!" She wailed as she bit her thumb and splashed her blood in the water.
The water started to ripple a few circles in the middle of the river until it started to bubble and darkened red smoke starts to ooze from the area, black dusts started to coerced to form a body, a winged being with long black hair materialized.
Hideous talons though in a human figure,
a face with subtle horns and fangs,
eyes evoking fear and lips evoking lust,
the demon Zerka Veda materialized.
He Approached Alastra swaying like a soft breeze, his sharp fingers reaching her hand.
"Astra my dear, have you enjoyed my gift. Break the contract and I shall take this leaf."
He tried to reach for the strange tattoo in her left shoulder but Alastra was alert and manage to slap his hand near her shoulder.
"I had enough of your b***sh*t! Do you think I'm not aware of your unfairness? Your desire to save me yet you're a demon?" She tried to stand on her feet though her knees are still shaking.
"You made me fall in love with him yet it was all you all along!! You -" She feel that her eyelids are getting heavier.
The demon starts to get near her as he draw strange runes in thin air that is being absorb by Alastra's body.
"Aja kuetracka jaza kertwqa apruaprju sidverda." The Demon whispered to Alastra's ear.
Her body started to Solidify starting at her chest until she turn into stone that crumbled away.
"Silly kid..."
Zerka Veda smirked as he opened a portal to a dark dimension.

"Aurora, come down now! breakfast's ready!" she heard as she starts to gain consciousness.
She knew she will be fucked up again yet she don't remember the reason why.
