The Du Group stocks plummeted the moment the stock market opened at 9.30 am as the news regarding the Du family scandal was released at 8 am. Du Ai Sha's first day as Ceo was chaotic and the board of director weren't happy. She was in a staring contest locked down among the share holders of Du Group trying to explain the situation with Du Ru Ran. She was not surprise to see that Du Ru Ran no longer held 30% of the company shares, instead she took the opportunity to sell her stocks during premarket trading, experts had bet that Du Group stock would only strengthened further after Du Ai Sha's birthday banquet as they were expecting a form of marriage alliances plus new leadership.
Who would have known such things would had happened and due to the news lock down by the Du family to maintain the hype of the birthday banquet and handover, it backfired allowing Du Ru Ran to sell off her shares and not suffer any losses with the major share holders. Thankfully for Du Ai Sha, the shares were sold in divided units, and Du Ai Sha still remained the major stock holder.
