Chapter 1: The Situation Surrounding The City

Humans had become technologically advanced. They live much longer and have stronger bodies. This was an ancient text from around 5000 years before the Cataclysm. The Cataclysm destroyed every land body and brought everything left to the City. The Limitless City started off as a hut. Not so much a city. However, from the around 5000 years since the Cataclysm it grew. With everything left in the universes including intelligent races other than humans the City expanded. It rose without restraint. Nothing ever stopped it from spreading. All the races just kept expanding and developing hoping for an end so they could have hope. The hope was to escape this City. However the City always caught up. No one could be isolated from the city. As soon as you stepped 1 meter from the City you were teleported back into the City. Now by this present the races had already invented their own teleportation devices. Even so, if one tried to teleport out accidents started happening. The tester had died due to many causes like illness or disease, the machines ceased to function growing silent, and the help grew disinterested or mental problems.
