(Y/n POV)
"Bye Papa. Take care" I said to my dad while hugging him tightly. I don't want him to go. I am afraid, I will be all alone here. If I lost myself in this vast world. "Princess, take care of yourself too. Don't overwork and stress yourself. " My dad said while caressing my cheeks. I tried to stop my tears. But the thought of being alone here is stucked in my head and came out from my eyes. I tried to hide my tears from my parents. I don't want to show them my weakness. Thus, I excuse myself and went to the washroom.
After crying my eyes out in the washroom, I decide to leave. But as I open the door I see my mother standing right in front of me. "Mom! What are you doing here? ", I aske having a force smile plastered on my face. She doesn't say anything and just hug me. I hug her back though I am confused by her sudden action. "I am gonna miss you mom. " I say. "And so do we y/n. But remember one thing, this is the chance that you were looking for in your whole life. This is the time to shine, not to shrink. I know at first it will be difficult for you. This new city, new people, new environment. These all are different from the life that you lived back there in India. But don't let these things be a hurdle in your way. And beside you have the Maliks, they are nice and I am sure you won't feel alone here. And have faith in yourself. I am sure you can overcome every problem that you will face in your way. Just make yourself strong and make your father proud of you. " I feel my tears coming out from my eyes by listening to my mom. "And promise me that you won't cry .... ever. " my mom says showing her hand and I hold it as a sign that the promise is locked.
I bid them goodbye and now I'm going to the Malik palace. "Y/n? ", Mrs. Malik said. "Yes, aunt " "Go and be ready for college. I will drop you there. " I nod and go upstairs to be ready.
As today is my first day I wanna look decent. I put a off-white top with full sleeve and a pair of jeans. I made a knot with my hair and put a pair of jeans. As I was ready for the college, I went to Mrs. Malik. She looked in hurry.
"Aunty? ", I called.
"Oh y/n, I am so sorry but I have to go now. I have an urgent meeting.. " she said
"Oh okay aunty. Don't be sorry. "
"Zayn will give you a lift. "
"Zayn? ", she called.
He looked at her. Gosh! He looks so... Hot? He was wearing a pair of black jeans with a white T-shirt tucked. His eyes... they were like killing me, with the familiar seductive look.
"Zayn, will you take y/n with you? I promised her that I will drop her but I got a last minute call and it's very urgent. ", mrs. Malik said.
"Sure mom!. ", he said, with a suspicious mischievous smile.
"Thanks son! Bye.. Bye y/n. Enjoy your day. " with that Mrs Malik went to her office. And I was left with thus hot hunk. 'What I was thinking?! Control y/n. Control y/n" I looked up and saw I was alone in that hall. "What the fuck. Where he is? Is he some Mr. India or what? " Then I saw him going to his car. I ran after him.
"Hey! We didn't got the chance to talk yet. I am y/n. " I smiled and stretched my hand for a handshake and decided to start a talk. But instead of accepting my shake he just rolled his eyes and scoffed. "How rude! ", I whispered underneath my breath. I decided to gave him another chance. "Uhm!! Zayn, what subjects have you selected? You know this is my first time that I am living so far away from my family. But your mom is very nice. She is just-" without letting me complete he just drove his car away and I was left dumbfounded. "WHAT THE HELL!!! ", I stamped my feet in anger.
(Zayn's POV)
I stopped the car and looked at the mirror. She was there standing like fool with full of confusion and anger. I chuckled.
"Baby, this is just the beginning. More to come. Wait and watch. "
