Chapter 269: Attacked

Xie Yuansheng's eyes became misty. He couldn't bear another of her cooking adventures. On an impulse he said, "But I am planning to take you to Switzerland for a day." It was important that he diverted his attention.

Feng Xinying put her hands on her waist and looked at him with narrowed eyes. "Is something wrong with your eyes? They have become red and misty."

"N- No darling. These are tears of joy. My wife thinks so much about me." He replied with a sad face though. 

"Aww… I love you darling. It's just that I want to cook nice food for you."

Xie Yuansheng turned around and bit his fist. He had to think of new plans. "Switzerland?" 

"No, I can't go anywhere. Lu Dao is not allowing a day's leave." She lamented.

"Umm… okay. We can go to your favorite Vietnamese restaurant!" he suggested with a glint in his eyes. This she couldn't ignore.
