Chapter 1: New Identity, New World
In a gigantic mansion somewhere in France, a youth who seemed to be eighteen or nineteen awoke from his sleep and sat up on his bed, he looked around while he was still sleepy and his eyes widened at every second he passed looking around himself.
"Where the fuck am I?!" The youth suddenly cried out, but only a second passed before he felt a flaw of memories flash in his head, these memories were unknown to him but he felt a small sense of familiarity while they fused with his own.
'This guy was named Arthur Magnus and he is supposed to be the direct descendant of the main branch of the Magnus Familly, they are said to be the descendants of Charlemagne the King of Franks whose family ruled from the 8th to the 10th century... but from what I know from my own memories, this Magnus Family should have been exterminated a long time ago... what's more, in Arthur's memories, even legendary characters such as King Arthur(Sword in the Stone) existed in the past, so this is probably not my own world anymore as this guy was only a Myth.' Arthur began to examine all the memories as they fused with his own, while this happened, his temperament also started to change, this was due to the fact that in his previous life, he wasn't a noble or anything like that, but the memories with which he fused were from a noble, thus his soul also started to change while it fused with the remaining soul fragments of Arthur Magnus.
His temperament became calmer and more composed, and his mind was also a lot clearer than when he was in his previous world, at this moment, Arthur Magnus didn't know that it was due to the fusion of his soul with another.
During the next hour, Arthur continued to analyze the memories he got and finally managed to absorb all the pieces of information he needed, he discovered that the original Arthur died in his sleep for an unknown reason, and the new Arthur didn't manage to find anything about that in the pieces of memories he absorbed.
'Alright then, since I took over your body after your death, I'll live your life in your place and try to make the family rise once more as it was your dream.' The moment Arthur thought about this, he felt his mind becoming clearer once more and he also felt another change in his temperament, he gained a more calculative aspect, all the new trait of character he received were from the original Arthur, this guy could be considered a genius, he had already won more than three billions of euro while he was still only eighteen, he had also managed the Magnus Family as there were only tens of peoples remaining in it, and among them none were good at managing.
The Magnus Family in the modern day was more on the Military side, for example, Arthur's Father was one of the four highest ranked generals in France, he was one of the four people who possessed the right to launch the nuclear weapon on order of the president, it was only one example, and there were still a lot more, even Arthur's Big Brother was a Military Man, he was twenty-four years old this year and he was just promoted as a Lieutenant Colonel, it was already considered as an extremely rare thing to be promoted while being this young.
Aside from his Father and his Big Brother, Arthur also has his Mother and his Little Sister, his Mother was a famous Politician when she was younger, but she stopped working when Arthur was born, and his Little Sister was only eight this year and was still going to school like any normal kid.
His Father's name was Alexander, his Mother's name was Stella, his Big Brother's name was Caesar, and his Little Sister's name was Alice.
His Father, Big Brother, Litlle Sister and Himself were the four peoples with the purest bloodline in the family and they were also the ruling branch, inside of the Magnus Family they had the right to banish, kill or anything else when another member of the family offended them, this was also the reason as to why the other branch was loyal to them, what's more, Arthur had been appointed as the future Patriarch as he was the most talented person in this area from all the people in his generation, thus the loyalty of the others Family branch was once more reinforced.
After all the pieces of information were absorbed by Arthur, he stood up from his bed and went toward the Bathroom.
Thanks to the memories of the original Arthur, he didn't get lost, but it still took him more than five minutes to go to the bathroom to wash himself, on the way, he passed by some servant of the family and they had all bowed down to him, it was quite new for Arthur so he just nodded to them and departed.
When he reached the bathroom, Arthur, directly undressed and went in the giant bath, he entered it and began to ponder about his future plan.
'I think I'll continue to live his life as it is since it's already pretty good and I don't want the other peoples in the family to suspect me, it would be too strange if I started to act unlike the previous owner of this body.'
When Arthur was relaxing, he didn't know that the world outside was starting to change, in the sky crystal started to fall all over the world.
Arthur came out of the bath, and just as he was drying himself, a blinding light appeared in the bathroom, when the light disappeared, Arthur saw a little crystal floating two meters above the ground, he cautiously grabbed it, and when he looked at it, Suddenly, the crystal shined with a rainbow glow as a robotic voice said, "Host has been detected to be a Basic Intelligence Lifeform, Soulbinding commencing…"
"Ding! Soulbinding has been successfully completed; you will now head to the Heaven Awaken World."
After hearing this, Arthur's vision darkened as he fell to the ground.
