Chapter 1: Prologue
"Anything else you wanna say to me you filthy whore?" Jode asked, his hands deep in his pockets.
"I'm not finished yet you piece of shit." A giy on the ground growled as he stood up, wiping a trail of blood from his jaw. "Don't think you've won."
The guy surged forward, punching towards Jade with all his might, aiming for his throat. However, Jode calmly stepped to the side, evading the punch before countering by stepping closer and driving a knee into the male's stomach.
The man spit up blood before collapsing onto the concrete floor. Jode glanced over the five unconscious figures lying on the ground before turning around, intending to walk away.
Jade Parker wasn't your average teenager, he possessed two personalities, ones that were completely different from each other. The first personality was that of a kindhearted individual who detested fighting and strove to do his best to make friends. The second personality he had however was dangerous, an existence that he feared would be the end for him someday, one that could only be summoned after the trigger word, "Kill"
The second personality was a fighter, someone who didnt hesitate when faced with danger. The second personality, the one he personally named "Jode" absorbed information and quickly adapted at an inhuman, unbelievable level to the point where he could figure out things even skilled people would miss.
Currently, the personality Jode was out, having been called in after a gang on the street made the mistake of bumping into him. They made the horrible mistake of saying the word that summoned him to the surface, and then made the mistake of actually attempting to assault him.
The fight had ended in less then a minute, Jode easily dispatching all of them without so much as breaking a sweat. The official story begins however with the sound of a gunshot ringing throughout the street
