Chapter 81: 80 ♡♡Daisy♡♡
'Daisy please come to Henry's study' Robert said.
I run to the study, 'You have to go get him'
"Sit down, we need to talk" Henry says.
"Daisy, Justin had a vision dream and it was not good. I just finish reading it and I know people are not safe around him. It is better if he goes home and away from you." Lillian says.
'No Mabel said I am to help him. If he was dangerous then she would not ask me to do this. She even said to have Robert go get him back.'
"I will not agree to that. He is a danger to Robert, Adam, and you. In his dream he causes all of your deaths."
'He can't hurt Papa Robert.'
"He caused Adam to kill Robert before killing himself. He is a siren. They kill people with their songs. You have to let him go."
'No if you won't go after him then I will.'
"Dasiy please, I can't go against the King's orders. Leave the boy alone." Robert says.
I can not and run to my room. I pack a few things in my over night bag and get the dog bag Ax made me for Jake and head to the stable for my horse.
Robert was there to stop me. "I can't let you go."
'You can't stop me unless you lock me up. I will go if not today then as soon as I get away from you.'
"Daisy be reasonable." He tells me but I can't.
I Push him away and saddle my horse he then picks me up and carries me back to my room I then hear him lock the door.
This will not stop me. I climb down the ivy and head back to the stable making sure not to be seen by anyone. I quickly saddle my horse and Jake and I are off. I head for the mountains.
I ride all day and when night falls I sleep for a few hours. I find some fruit in the morning and head out once again. Eating is not really important. I have gone days before when I was a child with out food but I keep a look out for fruits and berry along the was. Stopping only to gather some.
On the third day of traveling I come across a old couple traveling by waggon to see their son. They give me some basic food. Flour, dried meat, and water. I thank them and ask if they seen a boy traveling that could not talk.
They said they did, "He is a pretty boy of about 16. He was headed through the forest at that time."
That had to be him. I pressed on. On day six I was finally at the mountains. Where do I go now? I really wish I knew how to track. Where could his place be?
I ride a for while looking. This mountain is bigger then it looks from a distance. I don't think I will ever find him.
I rest by a small stream and I hear two horses come close when I look up I see Robert and Adam. They had come to drag me back.
"We finally found you. Please come back with us." Robert said.
'I need to find him.' I look up with tears in my eyes.
"No, we need to let him be. Come back now."
"If I go back the I go back to my brother."
"That's a good Idea. Go visit Laevigatae and Tenninax for a few weeks." Adam said.
'No, I want to move back. I want nothing to do with You or the King. I will not help people who go against what the Oracle ask me to do.'
"Robert, she is right. The Oracle would not of asked her to help him if he was a danger to her." Adam says.
"Our Oracle and Queen says differently. Mabel left this country to Lillian and it's Lillian decision to let the boy leave." Robert said.
"Mabel has never been wrong. Ever. She knew Beth was a girl and that she would help if left alone. Then Max almost ruined it by not listening to her. She was right about Cindy's true love. She was right about Laevigatae and our little Mindy. She is right about Justin too." Adam said.
"I promised Henry and Lillian I would not bring back Justin." Robert said.
"Robert, you have always been the voice of reason. The person to calm everyone down. Why are you like this now?" Adam asked.
"Because he scares me. In his dream you are dead and Daisy is dead and I can't save you because I am dead too." He pulls Adam close to him.
I watch as these two men talk. Then I close my eyes and see my life string. As they continue to talk I follow it leaving my horse behind. I go through some trees and up a small hill to a little shack with pens around it. I see my life string attached to a handsome man and I smile. I found my song bird.
'Why did you leave?' I say as I walk up to him.
His aura goes from calm to wavy and he looks in a panic.
'Calm down. It's alright. if you don't want to speak the talk to me with telepathy'
'Go home and leave me alone.' he said.
'No, I need to help you. I want to help you.'
'There is no help for me. Leave me alone.'
It hurts hearing him push me away. 'Why are you being mean?'
'Just leave me alone. I would rather be with a whore then someone like you.'
I turn and run back, as I run tears start to come and I can't see. I am running and then falling into a pit. I hear Jake cry and I find him in the dark. He feels ok but I can see nothing. I don't know what to do know my life is over.
