Chapter 41: Evil book

After she wakes up and asked to eat I sent one of my men to get her food. We are only half way through journey to my land and so much has happened. I will not leave her side this time.
After she eats and I help her get cleaned up she falls a sleep wrapped in my arms.
I still don't sleep well, I am afraid she won't wake up, but some how I do fall asleep.
I feel her getting up so I open my eyes.
"Where are you going?"
"To relieve myself. Then to eat breakfast want to join me?" she says with a smile.
I dress and follow her to the galley.
After breakfast O'Connor and I walk her through the map. I still feel uneasy about letting her leave her body but I know this is the only way.
"When will you travel?" O'Connor asked.
"Tomorrow, I need one more day to rest and build my strength." she said.
I was glad she was not pushing herself.
She asked all kinds of question and I was amazed. She was not only beautiful but smart.
How could I not be in love with her. She means everything to me.
That night I can not hold back my passion as we make love all night long.
As we fall a sleep I drift off to the vision of the moor.
I remember this vision. I could hear the sounds of dogs. So I look around. I see no one at this time. I can hear the dogs coming closer. Then my Uncle appears before me.
He glared at me and I could feel his murderous spirit. 'You are no longer King my dear nephew.' he says. 'This land does not and will never belong to you.'
I stand my ground. 'I am it's rightful ruler dear Uncle. My grandfather passed it down to my father who passed it down to me. It will always be mine to protect.' I say.
I look up to see my fairy coming towards. Then see my Uncle grin and my blood runs cold.
I then see Ann Marie and Juliet walking closer to me. When my fairy walkes close I wraps my arms around her, I then hold her tight.
Ann Marie speaks, "No matter what you do my dear friend, I will be queen of this land. Nothing your Oracle can do will change that. The power I hold is beyond her power to walk through space and see the future."
"You could of been mine and help rule with our child. You both now have to die." Juliet says
Then a shot rings and I feel my fairy jerk. I look down and see blood pouring from her chest. I hold her tight not letting go.
Why did it still end here and not change. What path did we miss. I yell out and I fall into darkness.
When I wake I am shaking all over.
"Are you alright?" she asked.
"Yes" I then tell her of the changes in the vision as I pull her close and listen to the sound of her heart.

I was sound asleep after we had a full night of passion when I feel him jerk and whine.
I open my eyes he is in a vision and I need to get him out. I feel something not right so I shake him hard.
He finally responded and I ask, "Are you alright?"
He says yes and then tells me about the vision. How can this be? What are we missing.
I know today I must take my time and get as much information as possible for us to take another path. I will not let him die, or this country to suffer.
After a good morning meal I lay down I drink a cup of tea from my bags. This will help guide me through the plane.
I am now at the Castle gates and those around me can not see me.
Six gaurds. I walk in and find six more standing in the hall.
I think of the rooms and exits I must look for. I take my time to memorize every detail. I am here now for about two hours. The last room is the study.
I go in and no one is there. Good I look around using my mind to move a few things.
Then I see the list of names again and more names are crossed off. My Uncles name is on that list but his name is circled. What could this mean.
I then notice the book that had it's own black aura. I got an awful feeling from it but I knew this is the source of Ann Marie's power.
I gather all my mental strength and pick up the book. Darkness fills my mind. I must resist. I then push my self back to the boat with the book.
When I awaken I throw the book across the room.
"I need a strong metal box. To place that evil thing in." I say trying to get the blackness out of my mind."
Micheal ordered one of him men to fetch one and then he picks up the book and places it in.
I see the pain he feels just touching the evil thing.
After my mind clears I talk to all of them and go over what I had seen. They make notes on the map.
There were a few places I missed but tomorrow I will go back in and finish walking the castle. As for now I really needed to rest.
Micheal covers me up and lays down next as I fall into a deep sleep.

When my fairy came back a book was in her hands and she threw it across the room. I went to get it and she stopped me and asked for a strong metal box.
I sent a man for it and when I touched the book to place it in the box it burned. Not a fire burn more evil. I was glad it was locked up.
I had a feeling this thing could not be destroyed but I hoped my fairy would find away.
We went over the Castle plans she did really well for not knowing the Castle very well.
Then she asked to sleep. O'Connor took the map and left to make plans with my men.
I wrap her in a blanket and lay with her as I hear her breathing change my eyes close to. I had not slept well the past few nights and I let myself fall into a deep dreamless sleep.
