Chapter 21: Jasmine and Rohit Date Out
Sonal looked at the time, it was 3pm, she was on the phone with Yash all night long, so she slept for long.
Yash with his usual sweet talk attitude, sweet talked her into forgiving him for the other night.
He has not spoken to Sonal for a long time since then. Unlike when they were first introduced to themselves, he called her everyday.
But last night he finally called her, after given countless of excuses like he was sick(the hangover he had the other morning) he started telling her sweet nothings.
Sonal got carried away, she was a girl who forgave easily, but ruthless if she decided to act out a revenge.
Yash was her fiancee, she forgave him and kicked out the idea of not marrying him. She decided not to break their family ties and cancelled the idea on looking for any evidence against him.
Sonal, went ahead to the bathroom, after she brushed her teeths, took her bath, she came out, went to her closet and got her home outfits.
She didn't have any plans of going out that day, her mum had gone out, her dad was at the military base and Jasmine was having a romantic outing with her boyfriend Rohit.
She planned on calling Jasmine later on to ask her about her romantic date out.
After she got dressed, she decided to go downstairs to have lunch, her stomach was making out a rumbling noise, she was hungry.
After eating, she picked up her phone, and checked out online applications for a job. She was a mass communication graduate, she came back to India about a month ago.
She didn't want to be like the other traditional socialites ladies, who stayed home, looked pretty and help out their mothers preparing meals at home while the men went out to work.
Her father was not opposed to the idea of working, but he was opposed to the idea of her looking for a job herself.
She spent a lot of time before she could convince him not to help her get one. She was capable of getting one herself.
After looking at different job vacancies, she finally decide to apply for the entertainment anchor at Mehra TV.
Mehra TV was one of the companies that Mehra Conglomerates own.
After her online application to Mehra TV and to other firms. She put on the television and decided to watch Zee World to while away the time.
Jasmine and Rohit's Date Out...
Rohit, a date out with you is amazing said Jasmine, well am glad to be doing this with you, he replied.
After we get married we will do this on a regular basis. Is this a proposal? Asked Jasmine.
He looked into her eyes lovingly and dramatically brought out the ring he bought to engage her, he knelt down on one kneel.
Jasmine you are my life, will you do life with me? will you be my wife? will you be the future madam Burih? will you marry me and be the mother of our kids?
With teary love filled eyes for Rohit she excitedly clasped her hands gently against her mouth, and almost immediately dropped it.
She stretched her left hands towards Rohit, nodded her head and replied, yes I will marry you Rohit, I will be your wife and bear our kids.
With joy in his heart, Rohit placed the engagement ring on her fingers and kissed her passionately. Jasmine responded by kissing him back.
At the site of this, the other customers in the restaurant where they were, started clapping and congratulating them.
After their locked lips parted, the manager of the restaurant then sent a wine to their table with a congratulatory note. They sent a thank you reply through the waiter to the manager.
They then settled down to finish their meal. When they were done, they left the restaurant and headed back home.
Rohit was going to drop Jasmine at the Singh's mansion first before he went home. But on their way he informed Jasmine that he would be traveling to Bombay for two weeks to get a contract for his firm.
Jasmine then said sadly, h🍯ney am going to miss you. Baby am going to miss you more replied Rohit.
Before you know it I will be back, but don't worry when I return, we would get married, I can't wait for you to be my wife. I love you Jass, I love you too Ro.
Rohit then stopped the car at a safe spot, and there they locked their lips and kissed passionately more than ever before.
Rohit dropped Jasmine at home, and went his way home to prepare for his trip to Bombay.
