Chapter 14: He needed more evidence to protect his love
Yash left the hotel in a hurry because he did not want anyone to see him come out of there.
If he was caught, he wouldn't be able to explain what he was doing there at that deadly hour in the night and he didn't want to loose the respect he got, especially that of his parents.
He was living off of the money he got from his father, and the ones he stole occasionally from Prahtab company, if he was found out, his credit cards will be cut off and he would loose the position he was as the vice president of Prahtab company.
He is the future heir of Prahtab company and he didn't want to loose that too to his younger brother, Sidat Prahtab who would take every opportunity he got to become the future heir.
Yash drove around the city for a while, he was relieved that no one saw him, but what he didn't know was that he was being followed.
Every move he took was known. Prakash had hired the services of Rishi Gupta, Rishi Gupta's men were the ones trailing Yash.
After the previous night that he saw Yash with that strange lady, Prakash made a decision to get Rishi Gupta's contacts from Pulkit Chatavredi and decided to get him to investigate Yash because he needed more evidence to protect his love when the time was right.
The evidence he got from the previous night was not enough. After driving for a while, Yash decided to go to Ritz bar, there he bumped into his friend Karan Bhavan, who was out of town and just returned an hour ago but decided he would let Yash know of his return the following morning.
The two friends sat down and Yash asked, when did you get into town? and if I didn't bump into you, you probably wouldn't have let me know, you in town already right?
No man said Karan, I just came into town and I was going to let you know of my arrival tomorrow morning.
Alright Alright buddy, for that, drinks on you, they both laughed, ordered the drinks and started partying with girls and more girls.
Nuhu Rio and Kritu Rari who were also friends with them came around too, Nuhu and Kritu were with Yash earlier in the day but decided to come bye Ritz bar to join in the party when Yash informed them that Karan was in town.
After drinking a lot, the four of them got drunk. They could not drive in a drunken state so each of them halted separate cabs, gave the drivers their addresses and went home.
The Arora Mansion....
Sonal was displeased with Yash for hanging up on her. She then called Jasmine and explained everything to her.
Jasmine comforted Sonal that she shouldn't let it get to her, after which they both logged into their WeChat accounts and chatted for a while before going to bed.
