Chapter 2: Who is she?
Sitting at the other end of the wedding banquet was a young sweet and beautiful socialite, Sonal Arora. Laughing beautifully with her long time best friend Jasmine Singh.
The two had been apart from each other 5 years ago when Sonal Arora decided she needed a degree abroad. Their parting was a painful one but now that she is back in town, the two needed to catch-up.
The wedding of the year was a perfect place to start. Sonal you didn't even bother contacting me your best friend for the past 5 years said Jasmine with a smile on her face, Jasmine you know I was forced not to contact anybody by my family especially my father who according to him, already has a groom for me and didn't want any of the guys in India especially in Delhi to ask for my hand in marriage.
That shouldn't stop you from contacting me right? after all am your best friend said Jasmine. My dad believes you would give my contacts to guys in Delhi who are interested in me, Sonal replied.
But Sonal what about guys overseas? can your father stop them aswell? asked Jasmine. Sonal replied and said well my mum knows very well I don't fancy foreigners, they are not my type, my dad got to know my preference for guys through her.
If I had a dad as strict as yours I probably would have gone to India's high Court to get married. Sonal pinched Jasmine and said, that's typical of you! Sonal and Jasmine both laughed their hearts out and continued enjoying the wedding reception.
Meanwhile at the other end of the the banquet....
Prakash Meera couldn't keep his eyes off the beauty, he could have swore that in all of his 26 years on earth, he had never seen a beauty as this, he was completely mesmerised by Sonal Arora.
His buddies Sagar Jah and Pulkit Chatavredi noticed he was absent minded. Sagar and Pulkit both teased him, Sagar asked, Prakash what have you been staring at, don't tell us you changed your mind all of a sudden and has found the girl you would be having fun with tonight, Pulkit laughed and said, yeah buddy tell us now, who is she?
Prakash looked at both of them and said, dudes don't disrespect your sister in-law, Sagar and Pulkit both looked at him completely surprised, Pulkit then lightly punched Prakash and said, dude you never took girls seriously let alone have a wife, so how come you suddenly telling us we have a sister in-law? Yeah dude is this all a prank? asked Sagar.
Prakash looked at them and said, this time am serious, I told you guys already, this wedding has a positive effect on me. Alright alright man, we would support you but who is she asked Sagar? Am yet to find out said Prakash.
