He bore his fangs and darted towards Nebula, he stopped inches from his face, Nebula looked at him and poked his fangs "Those definitely aren't fake"
Everyone looked at Nebula as if they were looking at a crazy person "No normal reactions? he was even so bold as to poke your fangs" The young woman was awestruck
"Bold isn't the right word Victoria, I think crazy is more like it"
"I'm not crazy, I'm creatively insane" he smiled "If you wanted to kill me, Kalista could have done it when she noticed my eyes, Any one of you could have done it the second you noticed, he could have done it but stopped, why should I be scared of empty threats, words only hold as much value as the person that speaks them"
A middle-aged woman slowly clapped her hands together "well-spoken young man"
"I don't understand it" Victoria pouted slightly embarrassed.
"Basically Victoria, our threats mean nothing if we do not have the heart to act upon them"
"It's hard to believe someone of your nature exists in this century" The Middle-aged man spoke up
"I am Vincent Von Kleft, The man who rushed at you is Klaus Harpy, the young lady behind me is Victoria Williams, The older one next to you is Elizabeth Isekai"
"vampires, I bet"
Vincent wore a long black coat, black trousers, a black shirt and a black hat with black leather shoes. Klaus had a yellow jacket over a black shirt, yellow shoes and black pants.
Victoria wore a long purple dress that ended in a long frilly skirt and a sun hat.
Elizabeth had on black jeans, black boots, a blue crop top and a leather jacket over it.
"Two hundred years exact" Victoria raised her hand
"two thousand years approximate" This time it was Elizabeth who spoke
"A Little over two thousand and five hundred" Klaus flashed a slight smile
"seven hundred and fifty-five" Vincent tilted his head as he spoke and then Nebula turned to Kalista
"And you?" he was now extremely curious about her
"I lost count somewhere after three thousand, that was a couple hundred years ago, you, however, you're a human with the blood of an original, we have been waiting for you for far longer than I was ever alive, you a true to the bone reincarnation"
Nebula laughed and looked at her "here I was thinking I could have a nice normal life, instead, here I am surrounded by a bunch of people that far exceed me in every way shape or form" He, checked his watch got up and smiled
"It seems, however, I should get going, unlike the rest of you fossils, I'm only twenty, I still have a need for sleep to look young and I don't want my family worrying about me"
"Aww, don't tell me you don't want a second date" Kalita teased "or do you not like older women?"
"Ha, as great as a second date sounds, dating an immortal is an entirely other breed of trouble, tell me why on earth I would ever subject you or my family to that?"
With those words, he turned to leave "are you not worried about what we might do to you or your family?" Victoria brazenly asked
He stopped in the doorway, which made Victoria feel proud and arrogant "that's right, we know who you are, it's only a matter of time before we find where you live, you best hear us out" Nebula, only cast a slight glance back without turning his body in the slightest and he looked at Victoria through narrowed eyes, the killing intent which emanated from him, made everyone in the room shiver except for Kalista who felt excited
"Words only hold as much value as the person that speaks them, don't bat out of your league little girl, I have no moral issues, killing a corpse" after he said those words he walked out the door and no one stopped him.
"How can a normal human be so terrifying" Victoria slumped down, defeated
"Well he isn't just any human, he carries the blood of an original, and ordinary humans can kill vampires, it's not impossible, plus his words carry only truth, such brutal honesty, that's something only the confident can pull off" Vincent was completely impressed
"Damn, that made me wet, It's so hot when he's like that" Kalista was excited and spoke without restraint
"Good luck convincing him to join us, he seems rather, cold, calculative, logical, calm, patient, he feels like an old man, are we sure he isn't a couple thousand years old?" Elizabeth joked
"Simply put, we tail him, follow him back home and then when everyone is asleep, we wake him up and explain, he seems to appreciate straight-forwardness"
"let us hope that you are correct if he is to become your king, he needs to become one of us"
Later on, Everyone went to sleep, Nebula sat in the garden of his home and sighed "what a night,
"Well, Hello there" Kalista looked down at him from a tree and jumped down, she then jumped into his lap
"Kalista, have you no shame?"
"None, I've lived for so long, I realize shame is pointless, I could do you right here and not give a fuck who sees, sadly I only came to chat this time"
Nebula's eye twitched and he looked at her 'this time'
"What is it, Kalista?"
"Long story short, I am the vampire queen, I need a king, You have the blood of an original and we, the vampires are currently facing countless criticism for this and I would like to know if you'll become a vampire and get to know me better, see if you would like to be my king plus we could always use extra help, dealing with the other creatures"
"If I'm a vampire, I could protect my family, hmmm, okay, no problem but I absolutely refuse to blindly follow you"
"deal" she bit her lip " drink my blood and become one of us" she kissed him.
