This has got to be the most interesting and enjoyable novel I have read in this platform. This is definitely in my top 2. I feel like this is the 1st novel with 4k+ chapters that I will be able to finish. It is that interesting and fun. I love the character designs, very original, the plot, the side characters and story, everything. But sadly, it has been so long since it was last updated. I wonder if it will still be updated.
I love Qingsi's character, and also Yue Tingfeng. He and I very similar. I am dying to read more, when will the updates start? Please translate it if possible!!

Don't bother spending your coins. This book hasn't updated in at least 4 months. Sadly alot of people got cheated out of coins for chapters they prepaid for and never got to read. I blame WebNovel. the chinese version is already complete but this translated version will never be. Sad because it was one of the best female lead romance novels I had read on this site. a warning to all readers don't bother getting premium chapters for ANY novel over the initial 2 extra chapters. They all seem to end the same way and half the time you don't get your extra chapters you paid for.

I've really enjoyed reading this book and the characters are all interesting to say the least. I especially love the ML and FL because they're not your typical mary sue FL and stoic (my words are Golden) ML. And the ML's mother is so precious, especially when she basically kicks her son away for the FL and I love seeing her bicker with her son for the FL's attention. And you can tell how much the trio genuinely care for each other and the FL becomes attached to her early on because she gives the FL that motherly love that she craves since the death of her mother. Honestly we don't see stories like this very often which is such a shame, because she can see the depths in the characters which is another rare thing. So I hope the updates resumes soon.

Another great book dropped by webnovel due to not enough people spending money on it. I read the book up to chapter 955. The translations were great, and updates were regular as clockwork. Then it stopped. On a cliffhanger no less. No explanations. I would give webnovel my middle finger but i dont think they would give a f**k

Yue Tingfeng is very unique in his own way. Second hilarious ML character below Nian Junting (Growing Fond of You, Mr. Nian). He's overbearing, yes, arrogant, yes, but he's not sharp-tongued like Mr. Nian, yet his villainous act and mind that facinates me. He's cunning. He's also shameless and he is aware of that. The point that I like the most about him is his character development in his journey with Yan Qingsi (MC). YES! This novel have characters' developments!

Yan Qinsi, is the most kickass FL I have seen on this site in AGES. sadly, the priviledge reading seems to have killed this amazing novel. Don't bother with this book unless you don't mind getting 1/4 of it done and then losing it. total waste of stones at this point.

The translation for 2/3 of this book is not very good. But the storyline is so amazing and sometimes funny that i just ignore the errors in translation. I really love all the main characters esp qingsi and yue tingfeng. Some couples made me cry (shaoguang/mianmian, xiao ai/you yi) but glad that all have their happy endings. The second chance given to these characters made me appreciate this story so much more! This book will definitely be a part of my favorite list! ❤️❤️❤️
