Chapter 146: No One Can Bully His People

A few days had passed since Yue Tingfeng last saw or heard news regarding Yan Qingsi. For now, he allowed himself to enter a calm state of mind.

He felt that his days have been full of misfortune and it was entirely possible that Yan Qingsi had put a curse on him.

Yet, this peacefulness inadvertently took the excitement out of his life and made him feel that it had become mundane.

Jiang Lai hesitated at the door before knocking and entering the room.

Jiang Lai said, "CEO Yue, something happened but I'm not sure if I should tell you."

"If you're unsure then get out."

Jiang Lai mumbled nervously before he spoke, "Well, the debut press conference for 'The Scent of Her' is in preparation. It's set to take place this coming Friday."

Yue Tingfeng frowned. "Get out."

He was not interested in hearing anything concerning the likes of Yan Qingsi.
