Chapter 1: Together again
It was another day in Falcon Claw but today is different. It was a day to celebrate and have fun. Today we are having the best surprise party for Andrew. He will be 18 and he has no idea what's happening. His birthday is actually tomorrow so he wont see this coming. I headed to my window and opened it and stood on the ledge. I spread my wings and fell out of the window. As I was falling I looked towards the forest ( I could of sworn I saw something. ) I opened my wings and I went straight up in the sky and I headed towards Emily's house. I get to the ground and walk to the door. Before I knocked on the door I took a look around. "Its a lovely view."
Emily "Hey Kat are you ready to help get the party ready?" "Yep sure am what do I need to do first?" Emily gave me a weird look than said that I need to go get the cake. Everyone else has already got everything else. "Ya ill go it."
As I fly into town I was surrounded by the villagers. "Sorry everyone but I must get through to pick something up." As they moved to the side I went into the bakery and got Andrews cake. I went back outside and said hello to the kids and took to the skys heading to the party. I finally get there and everyone said hey. We finished setting everything up and Emily gave me the job to get Andrew. (Great I get to fly all the way back home and back.)
As I headed back to the castle I could of sworn I saw something I'm probably just tired? I got inside and went to his room. "Hey Andrew you there I want to show you something?" "Be right out just a sec." I waited for a few minutes than he finally got out. "Are you ready?" "Ya what's up?" "Lol just follow me I found something cool."
We took to the sky and I pointed at the woods..."Hey did you see that?" "See what I didn't see anything...why? "It looked like a shadow." Oh well we're almost there. As we landed I quickly went behind a tree. "Uh Kat where did you go?". "SURPRISE". "Happy birthday Andrew."
The price on his face was priceless. We started the party and we were having fun. Andrew "Hey where's Emily?" We looked around and she was no where to be seen. Dylan and Luke went into the sky to get a better look. Dylan " I think something is heading our way you guys and it's moving fast.
When they got back down it was like we were ready to fight... because we pulled out our swords. Andrew "I get the first hit ok this is messing up my party." We started to hear the bushes moving what ever it was it was close..... Emily jumped right in front of us hitting the ground.
Emily are you ok what happened? Emily "We need to get Kat out of here now...He's coming for her.. WE HAVE TO GO NOW.
Andrew "Ah man but we didn't even have cake yet.....
