An Introduction
Hello Everyone,
First of all, I'm so excited to bring you this novel! The idea of writing has been stewing in my mind for a long time now. As a child I was an avid reader and that has followed me to this day. I have numerous influences that I look towards as inspiration, but for this particular novel, my main influence would undoubtedly be Vince Flynn (may he rest in peace). His Mitch Rapp series really inspired me to explore the spy/thriller genre which led to me discovering other authors like Tom Clancy, Brad Thor, David Baldacci and Daniel Silva. These authors's captivating characters made me want to make one of my own, so I decided that I would finally follow through. This novel will start off as realistic fiction, but due to the plot I've been envisioning, it will transition to that of a fantasy.
Regarding my upload schedule, I've just recently graduated from college and am currently dedicating a lot of time to interviewing and searching for a job. I will use whatever free time I have to write and will try to keep a consistent uploading schedule of about 1 chapter per week. Bear in mind, once I actually start working this might change depending on how busy I get. I will definitely keep you guys updated and hope that you will be understanding. I know how easy it is to get burnt out by promising too much in the beginning and I specifically want to avoid that with this story. I'm trying to go in here for the long haul and I don't want to stop midway.
