Chapter 8: GODS - HELP
"Could I get a place to stay , please , please gentleman " exhausted Helen kept begging for food and shelter but the humans wer not human, they kept insulting her , they spoke words at her , the whole world knew of the crime she had committed. She kept walking , she reached revithion , the village she loved the most , but nothin seemed different here , people were the same .
She walked and walked till she reached the tree , tired Helen tried to smile but her drooping eyes gave away , she sat by its side and spoke "I need your help , there are no humans here , all of them are demons , I do not want to live with this accusation . But , I am holding my breath for my child to be born . Please help me , help me bring my child to the world , then I will end my suffering " with tears in her eyes , she sat by the trunk of tree and shut her eyes .
Helen woke up with her eyes still drowsy , she wakes up to see she is on a cot in a hut . She tries to get up but soon she is comforted by an old lady "here here child sit down , do not stress yourself , drink the soup you will feel better and I have cooked a wonderful meal for you , hope you will enjoy it " said the lady smilingly .
"Thank you very much ... for all this , it means the world to me , I do not know how to repay your debt . The world has given up on reality and it now stands on illusions . And here I am being helped by a kind hearted lady whom I have never seen before and why would you try to help me ?" Asked Helen . The old lady walked up to her and sat on a wooden chair beside the cot and holding Helen's hands she spoke " ohhh child you don't need to thank me for anything but I had hoped a woman such as you would know who I am , after all you are the one who asked me to help you " .
"You...you are the tree ? , I thought you were just a story , this is wonderful " Helen spoke overcome with happiness of companionship , she continue "the whole world is against me , no one knows the truth , no one wants to know the pain and suffering these lies bring , all are bound with presumed opinions ".
Old lady spoke out " I am the old oak lady , I have been here since ages , eras , since PRIMUS , since his father , I have known the world more better than anyone and trust me child , it could always be worse , humanity has given up because of the gods , the gods have taken the world granted , they treat the hall better than the land below . The whole world is disgusting and yes , you have managed to handle yourself pretty well . She smiled and told " I will always be there for you , I will take care of you , you do not need to worry , take rest now " Helen , for a moment forgets all the sorrows she's in , and lets go her sadness . She smiles and sleeps away .
Meanwhile in REVINUS , the weather seemed a bit nasty , none spoke , no meetings , no words exchanged in the hall . All of them were victims to the lords anger . In the cabin of TARUS there was all together a different matter discussed , He along with his very few trusted compatriots sat and spoke about the situation . TARUS was upset about the whole situation , he looked as though something haunted him , something he was trying to tell but could not . "What's wrong TARUS , what is it , is there something u want to tell us , what are you hiding , let us share the burden , tell us " asked one of the gods . TARUS who was looking out the window , turned his head to centre of the room and told " this isn't right my friends , all of this is not right , the rules have changed , the innocents are punished , the questioned , get away , the one who stands up is cut down . You all need to know something " . " what ... what is it TARUS " asked everybody .
TARUS tremblingly spoke " it's riza , she....she's not her " . " what are you saying " asked the confused gods in the room . TARUS stood up and spoke "I've seen it in her eyes , there is black moon's blood in her , it's not just the throne , not just the world she needs , she needs something more , I...I do not know what" . " are you out of your mind , the black moon has sunken , there is nothing of it left , being the most knowledgeable person here , you are supposed to speak some sense " all of them expostulated. TARUS continued " I know how this sounds , I have thought about this a several times , she's not what she seems ". Everyone remained silent and TARUS told out with a picture of imagination and fear of truth " AND I HOPE SHE IS NOT THE ONE I BELIEVE SHE IS " .
