Chapter 3: The New Guy
After half an hour of listening to how this world works, Shinichi was shocked. Very shocked. This world is no doubt very different from his. First, he was told about the dangers that exists here. Second, he was told about the powers that people could achieve. Third, he was told just how advanced this world is compared to his. All in all, it was a lot to take in. But thankfully, Shinichi is the type of person who won't be surprised easily and will take in things very quickly.
"So, that is all you need to know about this world. Now then, Mr. Izumi. I have a question to ask you." Ozpin said. Shinichi raised an eyebrow, curious as to what the man is gonna ask him.
"Yes?"
"Do you want to go back to your world? Or do you want to stay here?"
"Of course I want to go back to my world!" Shinichi said.
"Hmm... Alright then, if that's the case, I'll see what I can do. But, there is something that you need to do in return."
"And that is..?"
"You need to enroll in this academy." Ozpin told him. Shinichi's eyes widened in shock. Ozpin was offering him to enroll in his academy? That is ridiculous, considering they had only met for a few hours. Shinichi wanted to deny, but then he realized that without help, there is no way he is gonna get back to his world on his own. So without any other option, he accepted.
"... Alright, fine. I'll join your academy."
Ozpin smiled. "I'm glad to hear that. Before I send you, tell me more a bit about yourself so I could know better about you and what things should be avoided. And know more about your world considering I just told you about ours."
Shinichi hesitated a bit. 'Should I tell them the real story and information? Or should I tell them a fake story and information? Hmm.... Both has their own pros and cons.... I'll... I'll tell them the real story. After all, if Ozpin is really gonna help me get back to my world, then I should repay him back because of his help.' Shinichi thought. And finally, he told them.
"All right, I'll tell you everything about me and the world that I live in."

After a good 20 minutes, Shinichi finally finished telling them everything. Everything about earth, his life and even his adventure. Including the parasytes, his lost of loved ones and everything that involves Migi. Ozpin and Glynda was shocked hearing Shinichi's story. The boy had it rough. His story is like a veteran who almost lost everything. Even his own emotions. All in all, they felt really sad and guilty for the boy. He may not be the one who had it the worst, but for his age, it was still sad and depressing.
"We're very sorry to hear about your life, Mr. Izumi. But I can assure you, a warrior will always fight through everything, even the hardest obstacles. And he will eventually find peace. And you, Mr. Izumi" Ozpin pointed at the teen with his cane. "Is one of such warriors. Keep going. Never give up cause if you do, your whole adventure will be pointless in the end." Ozpin finished.
"I won't, professor. Believe me. I promised Migi to keep continuing. And I don't want to disappoint him."
Ozpin smiled. "That's the spirit. Never forget those who have helped you before. And in return, repay them with what you can."
"Thank you for the advice, Professor." Shinichi bowed.
"Your welcome. And no need for formalities. Ozpin is just enough."
"Alright then, Ozpin." Shinichi nodded.
"So, here are all the equipments that you need to start here." Ozpin gave Shinichi every equipment that every student needs. Even a free scroll and a few lien to help him.
"And if they ask you where you're from, just tell them that your from Vale." Ozpin told him.
"Thank you very much sir. How can I repay you?"
Ozpin chuckled lightly. "There's no need. The only repayment that I need from you is to enroll in my academy. And now that you are officially a student, that is already enough."
"I see. Ok then. And once again, thank you very much sir." Shinichi bowed.
"Your welcome. Oh, and one more thing. You are going to be joining a team." Ozpin told him.
"Oh. Is this team full good people?" Shinichi asked.
"Yes, yes. Don't worry, they're all good. Just odd." Ozpin chuckled lightly, remembering every members of the team and their own unique personalities.
"Oh. Seems like I'm gonna fit in pretty well too, huh?" Shinichi chuckled.
"Haha, indeed. Now then, Glynda? Can you lead Mr. Izumi to the dorm that he's gonna stay in?" Ozpin asked his assistant.
"Of course, sir. Follow me Mr. Izumi." Glynda told the teen.
"And one last thing, Mr. Izumi." Shinichi turned around and looked at the professor who called him.
"If Migi wakes up, just say that it is your Semblance. And meet me, since I am very interested to see him in person." Ozpin said.
"Alright, sure." Shinichi said before he left to follow Glynda.

After about 18 minutes, they finally reached their location.
"All right, Mr. Izumi. This is the dorm that you will be staying in for the rest of your time in Beacon. And don't worry, I have told the team ahead of time about your arrival." Glynda told Shinichi.
"Ok. Thank you very much, Professor Glynda. Have a nice day." Shinichi bowed.
"Your welcome. And have a nice day too, Mr. Izumi." Glynda told him before she turned around and started to head back towards the office that he was in.
'All right. Here goes nothing. Time to meet new people.' Shinichi thought. Then, he knocked on the door.
"Who is it?" a rather cute voice asked.
'That's Ruby. Thank god she's in my team.' Shinichi thought, sighing in relief.
"It's me, Shinichi." Shinichi replied.
"Oh, Shinichi! Wait let me open the door." Ruby said. After a few seconds, the door flung open. And the person who opened it was none other than Ruby Rose.
"Oh my god! It is you! Come in, come in!" Ruby said eagerly. She then grabbed him by the arm and pulled him into the room.
"Everyone, this is Shinichi. And Shinichi, this is Team RWBY!" The girl said energetically.
"Hello there." Shinichi waved at all of them.
"Wow Ruby, you weren't kidding. He is really hot." a blonde haired girl said while winking at him.
"Y-Yang!! D-Don't say that!" Ruby flushed deep red. Her face was practically smoking from embarrassment.
"Haha!! Sorry Rubes, but I had to do it!" the blonde laughed. Ruby pouted rather cutely at her.
Shinichi blinked. Was he hearing that right? Or was he dreaming? Oh well, either way he still need to know more about them so he decided to change the subject.
"*Ahem*. Before we get any further, let's introduce ourselves first." Shinichi broke the conversation. Thankfully, this helped Ruby cool down from embarrassment.
"Ah, yes we forgot about that!" Ruby said. "Team RWBY! Operation introducing ourselves starts!" Ruby told her team rather excitedly.
"Hey there cutie~~ My name's Yang Xiao Long. Just call me Yang if you're fiesty~~" the blonde haired flirted as she pulled Shinichi's hand and put it between her breasts. She is a fair-skinned young woman with lilac eyes and bright golden hair worn loose that fades to pale gold at the tips with a cowlick sticking out at the top. And as for her clothing, she wears a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black. She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a long, white, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to her knee on the right side, as well as a pair of black mini-shorts. She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A gray bandanna is tied around her left knee. An orange infinity scarf and black fingerless gloves complete her outfit.
"Nice to meet you." Shinichi said rather emotionlessly, deadpanned at her attempt on flirting. Unfazed, he pulled back his hand. Then, he turned to the girl next to her, ignoring Yang's shouts of disappointment at his response to her flirting.
"And your name is..?"
"Weiss Schnee." the girl bowed. Shinichi bowed back.
Weiss is a pale-skinned young woman with pale blue eyes and long white hair pulled back into an off-center bun tail on the right side and pinned with an icicle-shaped tiara. A crooked scar runs vertically down her left eye and face. She wears a thigh-length strapless dress with a faint color gradation from white to pale blue at the hem. A small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and the hem of the dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes, with layers of white tulle under the skirt. Over this she wears a bell-sleeved bolero with the same color gradation as her dress from shoulder to wrist, lined in red and with a ruffled collar. On the back of the bolero, there seems to be a symbol that Shinichi didn't know about. 'Probably her family's symbol' thought Shinichi.
"It's nice to meet you, Weiss."
"It's nice to meet you too, Shinichi."
Then, he turned to the last one who was next to her.
"My name's Blake Belladonna." the girl told him. She is a fair-skinned young woman with long, wavy black hair, amber eyes. She wears a black buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath this is a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt and white shorts with a zipper on the front of each leg, emblazoned with the YKK logo of a real Japanese zipper manufacturer which Shinichi noticed and raised an eyebrow. She also wears black low-heeled boots and full stockings with a color gradation of black to purple at her ankles. Her emblem is visible on the outside of both thighs just below her shorts in white. On her left arm is a detached sleeve with a silver cuff around her bicep and black ribbons are wrapped around both forearms. A small, loose scarf is wrapped around her neck and a gray magnetic backpack is strapped to her back, hidden by her hair. A ribbon is tied with a large bow on the top of her head, which unknown to all of them, acts as a cover for her Faunus heritage and disguises her cat ears. She wears purple eyeshadow in catseye style. This already gives Shinichi some cat vibes from her. All in all, everyone in this room except for him are very flashy and unique.
"It's nice to meet all of you." Shinichi smiled, causing everyone to blush slightly, though Ruby is the one who blushed the most. 'He's so cute!' the entirety of Team RWBY (except for Shinichi obviously) thought simultaneously. Even Weiss Schnee, the Ice Queen herself!
