Chapter 58: The Keyblade wielder
Rainy- you! You are the one that saved us on the way here!
Ixat- ... and you are the girl that fought equally against the heartless... this will be interesting.
Rainy- It wasn't equally! I was destroying them!
Ixat- sure, sure.
Rainy- (you'll see...)
???- Ready? Fight!
He closed distance in a moment and I barely could conjure Joyeuse to defend myself. He attacked from my left with the Key-sword on his right hand, and I defended myself with my rapier. Then he used his left hand to throw a fireball at my face, fireball that I dodged sidestepping around his own sword, and then I used a stupefy to his feet, to which he jumped backing off.
Rainy- (don't want a close combat more? Let's try this then...)
I then used thrustara! And he barely defended himself with his weapon. After that, he made a spin attack which I blocked with the rapier and the strength he used threw me backwards some meters.
He then pointed me with his weapon, screamed ''Ragnarok!!'' and a giant ball of energy began to concentrate on the tip of the key-thing. With every pulse the energy did, he threw like ten energy attacks at me, which I could barely evade, and the last one, was even bigger.
Rainy- (damn, I'm not getting out of this one! Command! Magic! Shell!)
I used shell and deflected all the attacks I could, but the rest made a hit and the center of the stage exploded.
Ixat- It's over. Heal her, and give me the rewa-
Rainy- that's where you are wrong!
Ixat-!!
I got out of the smoke the explosion made, with injuries all over the body, and with my wand broken.
Rainy- ... that was dangerous, you know!? you broke my wand!
Ixat- you shouldn't bring here breakable things if they are important to you.
Rainy- I couldn't be more in agreement with that statement. So stay still while I break your bones!
I rushed forward with Joyeuse in hand and made a barrage of thrusts that he had a hard time dodging. And when I saw my opportunity I thought, Command! Limit Break! After that the barrage of attacks stopped for a second before it became even faster, making cuts and stabbing Ixat's left shoulder twice during it. Ixat was having a hard time deflecting the barrage and couldn't even think of how a 13-14 years old girl was pushing him back. Then I began to glow with blue lightnings, and screamed, ''Multiple Tap!!'' which made the next barrage of cuts even faster, and unpredictable. That threw Ixat out of the ring.
???- and the winner is... Rainy Lionheart!!! the monster girl!
Rainy- huff, huff, oy! I don't like that, I'm The Awesome Girl! Not the monster girl...
And with that the guy who I don't know the name of, gave me the Materia which is called Final Attack Materia and I got out of the Battle square. I had like 10 minutes until the two hours Ginny gave us. So I waited them and I saw a dark portal appearing on the other side of the room, with Ixat getting out of it.
Rainy- Hello there, what is it?
Ixat- how old are you?
Rainy- (is he upset because of my age?) I'm 12, almost 13. why?
Ixat- I can't think of a situation where a girl of your age would be this strong... are you a... nobody?
Rainy- what? I'm not nobody! I'm the most awesome girl you will find! And in the future, the most powerful too!
Ixat-... maybe I'm wrong. Are you from this world?
Rainy- why all the questions?
Ixat- I'll take that as a no. You shouldn't be going from world to world. We keyblade wielders regulate that so that the order on the worlds isn't broken.
Rainy- well I've never seen a Keyblade whatever when someone kidnapped me to other world when I was four! So don't come here now saying that this is illegal or something like that!
Ixat- what?
Rainy- Ixat... was it? You don't know me, and I have enough problems on my adoptive world to be careful not to disturb that order whatsoever. I'm not going to destroy anything so don't worry that much.
Ixat- ... I'll be watching, but you can't tell anyone about the other worlds.
Rainy- late. In my adoptive world we are going to have a new class of defense against other worlds arts next year and a lot of people on this world and the other 14 that compose this universe knows about the worlds. You sure that your partners are doing a good job?
Ixat- ..... I need to go back, this can't be true!
He then disappeared on another dark portal.
Rainy- (he tries to be serious and mysterious, but he sounds more like Percy...)
Some time later Ginny and Ron came back. And they told me that we should go to the Chocobo square.
It was the best part of the day. The chocobos are awesome! They are cute, fast and they have different colors! A chocobo fan there told us that the black and golden chocobo are the fastest and strongest, but I wanted a white chocobo. I'll have to talk about that with the owner of the Chocobo Farm.
At the end of the day, we rested on the haunted house on the Ghost Square, because it seems to be the inn inside Gold Saucer.
