Chapter 268: The finals of the battle competitions

Soon the entire audience was waiting with baited breath as the final battle was about to begin.

But the entire coliseum was silent and there was no sign that the finals were going to start any time soon. So BAi Yun and Ao Tianzi just stood outside the stage and waited.

Suddenly the air shimmered and the headmaster of the Shadow Stream Academy appeared. 

He stood there for a moment before smiling at everyone.

"Hello everyone. I am glad to see so many of you here." The headmaster started to speak. "Welcome to the final of the nascent soul section of the battle competition for the scholars meet."

"Over the last week, we have seen a lot of incredible young cultivators battle it out to reach this point. Alas, only two could make it here. But I guess no one would have guessed that the final two would be at the early nascent soul realm."
