Chapter 1: A Myth
Far far away, in the western lands lies an ancient city, hidden among the sands. Despite the amount of centuries that has passed by, the city remains standing, unable to be devoured by the sands of time. Its majestic beauty stood proud among the endless sea of sand, mesmerizing those who dare find and gaze upon it.
Written in legends and fables, scholars have long known this city's name as "Arnak" ; ruled by a tyrant king who is known by the name, "Khufra". A man so cruel and cold not even the heat of the desert could barely warm his long dead and frozen heart.

But that man, is not as cruel and cold as people may say. Perhaps he was blinded by power and the ambition to rule that he chose to be greedy and selfish, craving for all the powers he could get from anything and anyone no matter who they are.
After all, even if they say he is unable to love and be loved; he did choose to love once, didn't he? Someone loved him for who he was and how hideous he may be.
It's just not as romantic or magical as fate thought it would be.
