Chapter 14: Getting the Blooming Water Divine Thunder
"It's getting hard to increased my proficiency in Dragon slaying" Touru said while looking at the Dragon slaying skill in the system.

Everytime his dragon slaying magic increased it's level. The destructiveness of this abilities increase a lot, couple with his soul power he could battle a Supercluster stage cultivator of this world.
Everyday Touru tried to assimilate his star energy in his fighting style. Touru was trying to get use in fighting using the star energy that's why he battled a low level beast in the forest only using his star energy. Sometimes he tried to blend the star energy with mana.
Touru looked at the colorless stone in his room. They're all a mana stones and he completely absorb all the mana in his ten mana stones.
"It feels good, I fell like my mana is unlimited." Touru exclaimed as he tried to exert his mana outside his body and covered the whole inn.
He could feel everyone inside the inn, what they're doing.
"With the amount of mana I have, I can do this for 24 hours before it drain my mana." Touru said looking at his mana consumption.
Touru slowly stood up and checked how long did he cultivate this time.
"Hmm?!! Five days straight" Touru exclaimed.
"I'll checked the Water and Land assembly. I also want that Blooming Water Divine Thunder." Touru said as he went out of the room.

Touru arrived at the assembly and saw that the Water and Land Assembly already start.
He spotted Lin Yingmei and Wu Xinjie with other girl.
'She must be Gong Caiwei star general, The Resourceful star Zhu Sha.' Touru thought while looking at the her.
"Oi!! Guys" Touru called out.
The three ladies turned their heads and saw Touru walking towards them. Zhu Sha already know him as she observe him while she was hiding in Gong Caiwei star nest.
The Star nest was produced when a Star cultivator and Star general form a contract. It was akin to a sort of astral space. This sort of space is opened by each other astral crest, and star general that signed a contract were able to retreat to the star nest to recover.
"And who's this lady?" Touru asked Xinjie, even though he knew who she is.
But a beam of light descended before them interrupting them. The girls already met them before.
"Fellows, this place have atleast two star generals. Their contractor at this moment were inside the Flower dragon cave. Heh, heh, what are we even waiting for?" One star cultivator said.
The group of cultivator were all Nebula stage along with a few Stardust stage.
These cultivator were all scattered cultivator. They did not belong to any large sect. The scattered cultivator greatest trait was they loved to seize every opportunity to increased their strength.
They saw Touru but ignored him when they sense that he was only a Nebula early stage.
"If you obediently turn over your star weapon. We could spare you." Yun Youzi a Nebula late stage threatened.
"Oi, can you please turn back now, while I'm in a good mood and I'll spare you're lives" Touru said as he gesture them to leave.
All the girls know that Touru was powerful and have a high combat power.
"Huh? What are you saying? You're just a Nebula early stage, you don't have the... " Yun Youzi said but was interrupted by Touru.
"Do you really want to die? I guess you're all just a points in my eyes." Touru said coldly at the cultivators.
A pressure bore down to all fifty plus cultivator.

Even those Nebula late stage who was in their flying sword were having a hard time floating in the air.
Zhu Sha, Lin Yingmei, and Wu Xinjie frown at this show of power. Even though the pressure wasn't focus at them they could still feel the pressure.
Touru appeared in front of Yun Youzi and said, "You all will die."
Black energy covered his arm and he waved toward Yun Youzu.
Spurt!!
Yun Youzi head flew in the air and his lifeless body fell into the ground.
"I will only say this to all of you don't think that this is a battle, what will happen is not a battle, it's a massacre." Touru said coldly as he turned his head to the rest of the cultivator.
All the cultivator present felt a chill down in their spine.
Touru vanished in his position and appeared in front of a star cultivator.
He started his massacre while laughing maniacally because of the messages he received from the system. With every wave of his hands he killed a star cultivator no matter if it's a Nebula Early stage or Nebula Late stage all of them still died in a wave of his hand.

Touru approach the three ladies and said, "Take care of yourself, I will go and take a look inside the Flower dragon cave."
They nodded at him and watched him left and enter the Flower Dragon Cave.
Star General couldn't enter the Flower Dragon Cave that's why the three ladies are waiting outside the Cave.
After enter the cave Touru immediately spread out his mana.
"This is quite large as I couldn't covered it with my mana." Touru said in a low voice.

After a few dozen of minutes Touru found Su Xing and Gong Caiwei doing lewd things.
"What the heck? I know this will happened but to see it with my own eyes." Touru exclaimed as he hide in the corner watching the two.
He knew that when the two killed the dragon it release an aphrodisiac and it affect Su Xing and Gong Caiwei.
Touru turned around and left the area. He plunder some fake Blooming water divine thunder. He continued to plunder it until he gathered twenty Blooming Water Divine Thunder.
Touru exit the cave and found the three beauties was still there.
"Hehehe, Su Xing was doing something lewdly to Gong Caiwei." After he said those words Touru immediately left the area leaving the dumbfounded Lin Yingmei, Zhu sha, and Wu Xinjie.
