Chapter 6: Differences

In a room situated at the end of the corridor, soft moans were heard. Rashid, the celebrity of the day, had his arms wound around the blonde girl,Rhea. She was utterly in love with the man.
The entire time if their lovemaking, she had an inexplicable shine in her eyes. Finally, she gathered the courage to confess to him.
"I love you Rashid"
His brows furrowed at this confession and without a word, he dressed up, and left the room without a word.
The truth was that, that just a while after he left Lahore, the little brown eyed girl kept visiting his dreams, dreams that replayed their happy days, together, only then did he realize that all this while, from being slapped by her to being cried for when he left, to this day, he had always been in love with him.
Not that he accepted it that easily, he kept denying the thought of her, he kept denying that he even liked her, leave alone love. But every time he bedded a girl, Roop's face appeared involuntarily in front of his eyes. He tried letting go of everything in some other girl's embrace, but is that even love if he succeeds in this thing?
