"Mom i said, i don't want to go there you know how all those blind date turn into and i am not even that old yet please let me be" kat huffed in front of her mother but Casey was not done there
"stupid child you are my daughter and i want you to be happy and live your life but I also want you to have your owm family got it" said Casey
um !!what is going on here , sensing my presence kat turned to me i have a strange bad feeling about it
"Alora , good timing, mom wants you to go on a blind date "saying that she smirked
me 'wha...t'
" you guys are kidding right I am too young " I whined
"Ho hush young lady its not your time yet i am still searching for you but i have one for this unfilial daughter of mine" phew that was close one .
*happy dance in my mind*
But moma Casey is very conservative when comes to marriage dono why? because, she is very open minded .
"That's right mom, so lets have Alora to go this only once for me. I promise, I will go next time without a fuss "

when i just turned to pleade moma she was giving me 'my daughter has all grown up look' what the. So, thats how i became the blind date scapegoat
I mouthed my best friend '`You are dead after she is gone out '' what! I think she needs one after setting me up
moma Casey was too happy she left in a hurry saying that "i have too much to prepare"
I was horrified ,she is acting like i am getting married . Ugh! kat wait till i get you.
"Care to explain what just happened right now, why i am going to that nonsense instead of you " i am fuming i don't wanna go ....
"Relax Alora, I am just getting at you for all the time when you set me up on those so called 'mom's mission to get me married' aka blind dates I still get goosebumps, when ever i see those guys. They behave like a perfect gentleman, that is too good to be true , where does she finds them "
"...." i did not do that, it's just I said that a client is coming just business meeting that's all, I am keeping really an innocent look on my face .
"umm your so called innocent look is really creepy , you know that right "

I puffed my chubby cheeks and thats when "ouch! thats my cheeks you foxy " she really likes to pinch them
" why do you hate blind dates so much, its not like u will get married instantly it won't harm you or anything just attend them "
she seems to hesitate, does she want to say something to me
"You know you can say anything to me right " I placed my hands on her shoulder and said softly
she smiled but didn't reached here eyes is she hiding something "nah! its nothing I am just thinking what dress you should wear to meet this guy" she is grinning now .

"you , come here i will teach you a lesson " I am really angry now but her, god why did you gave me short legs than her.
She pinched my cheeks and ran from there and i can't even chase here ugh this high heels, every one hates me *silent cries*.

Chapter 4: Manchester.
finally a week went in a jiffy, ugh! why did it came so fast.. ?
kat dragged me to the dress room with few stack of clothes and pushed me into the dressing room

Alora: "yep, if I wear it on Halloween it will be ."
'Aw! come on, I am not kidding so many color its look like, I will look like joker's wife if I stand beside him '

`I do look like one in this' the design and my physic total give that vibe ugh...!
after trying n'th numbers of dress finally found one which will not look too short, too long, too bright, too dull .
Its a lavender color dress with illusion
neck line stops few inches below the knee and have small pink flowers here n there with light pink heels.
kat finished my look with few wings of eye liner and cherry lip gloss, curled my hairs into sof waves and my look is done♡ and it exactly took only 3 hours to complete all this, why do boys complain women take more time to get ready not fair¿
Moma Casey send me the address of the cafe, where I am meeting the blind date guy she said she already booked a table so no fussing of anything thank god.
I won't get embarrassed when any good looking guys enter, I would stand like a excited child with bright smile and ask'em

they surely will think i am creep i don't want to go to the jail and nope i did not experienced it nah uh-huh nope *belive me look*
kat: " you know, no matter what look you give it still gives creepy wibe "
there goes her mouth I really want to tape her mouth and shove her to locker, but nope I won't do that she is my best friend *strained smile* and I don't want to get small bugs and insects visit me every day all the time to say 'Hi' for a week..
I still get goosebumps when I remember that she is savage when it comes to pranks .' not wanna get on bad terms really scary '
at 5:50 cat drove me saying that " I know you, too well Alora even though you meet him,
exactly after 5 min into meeting you give the excuse `excuse me, please order I will come in a sec I have some girls work ' and you will make a bee line to you car and ask the waiter to pass your apology letter 'sorry I got some urgent issues to solve see you next time' and you never contact them again and this time I am not gonna let you go from their until you sit for whole 20 min"

" not fair kat, I don't do that. In fact I have a great time with them you know "
she is giving me 'I know you are an idiot now don't prove it' look. ugh... i can't even escape now.
I am sulking when she said
"he likes to work out few hours and he doesn't look too lean or bulky " that got my attention .what I like men who don't have too much boney or bulky now I can spend few min now ` i definitely don't hate any other type its just every one have a taste and its mine so no curse on that....'
and my so called best friend has a devilish smile which I failed to notice .
It was a good 20 min drive to a very posh looking cafe. when we entered ,
the cafe looked elegant there were booth where one could have their privacy and normal tables.
kat sat at a corner table away from every one but she can observe her surrounding 'clever girl '
I gave the name registered for the table i.e, Manchester,
she took me to the booth where a man was already present
