Chapter 9: Views and a Confession
Looking back to Shizuka and let out a sigh before leaning forwarding and whispering in her ear. I told her about why I did what I did, what Tsunoda and his grunts were doing and how angry it made me.
But Shizuka still looked at me with concern.
"You didn't need to do something so extreme. You could've come and told a teacher, or me..." she pleaded with me but I turned away from her with a slight disappointment in my eyes.
As expected of such a caring person, even giving scum like them mercy.
She went to plead more but I cut her off as I looked at her from the corner of my eye, "Marikawa-sensei, they were going to rape Yuuki. And that is unforgivable," I let my statement rest in the air for a few seconds, "they're lucky I didn't kill them outright," I let out a sigh as I saw Shizuka's eyes getting slightly teary, "I get that you're a nurse; someone who cares for people, but these people, sensei! They don't deserve it...Please try to look at it from my perspective, sensei," with this I left it at that. Anything more would just be me droning on.
I wasn't trying to preach like I was a good person - I'm not. In fact, I could be seen as a terrible person. A lustful, selfish and greedy man who does what he wants without a care in the world for others. Hedonistic to the bones were perfect words to describe me.
Shizuka also seemed stumped by my words so we just sat in silence.
With me watching Saeko and Yuuki with a gentle smile, and Shizuka looking at her desk and paperwork pretending to do work while she thought about what I said with a troubled face.
After a while, the first bell went off to signify that the first period had ended and both Saeko and I got up.
I walked over to Yuuki before apologetically looking at her.
She looked up at me with a slightly sullen face before pouting at me, "Do you really have to go, Ryu...? Can't you just skip your lessons and stay with me and cuddle? I've read that it helps speed up the healing process~!" she tried to joke but she couldn't hide the reluctance in her eyes.
Sighing, I shook my head slightly as I caressed her face, "I wish I could Yuuki, but they'd eventually send a teacher over her to drag me to class and I'd get both myself and Marikawa-sensei in trouble," I saw her face get a little stormy, so I quickly bent over and pecked her on the lips which cleared her expression up.
But before I could pull away Yuuki wrapped her arms around me and gently kissed me. There wasn't much tongue but the heartfelt emotions in the kiss made it much more comfortable in my opinion.
"Mwah...haa...okay then, Ryu, I'll allow it but you need to make it up to me later, okay!?" hearing her bossy voice I wryly smiled as I knew that she knew I wouldn't be able to bring myself to 'punish' her later tonight because of her battered body.
Gently cupping her face in my hands I smiled at her, my icy blue eyes gleaming with fondness, "Yes, yes, your wish is my command, Yuuki-sama," saying this with a short bow, I slowly backed away over near Saeko.
I looked over at Shizuka and saw her face was incredibly red and her hand was between her legs slightly rubbing up and down.
Hmmm~ Seems there's a pervert teacher in the school...was mine and Yuuki's kiss quite steamy in Shizuka's opinion? Woah, an innocent pervert, what fun~
Moving passed such things I left the room with Saeko after saying one last goodbye to Shizuka and Yuuki.
We walked for a little while in silence before Saeko looked at me with questioning eyes, "Ryu-kun, aren't you curious about what Yuuki and I were talking about? It was to do with you, after all, ~" she teasingly smiled with her arms crossed under her marvelous chest.
Taking in the view, I saw Saeko get red as my eyes focused on her breasts. To keep her from punching me, I moved on to answering her question.
"Well, it's between you two and if you really need to tell me, I'm sure you will, Saeko-senpai," casually saying this I didn't see Saeko look at me, her ever-present feelings for me, growing even further because of my mature outlook on the situation.
She only replied with an 'Mhm' before saying she had to go to her classroom which was in a different part of the school than mine, so after a hug (initiated by me, obviously) we split in our different directions.
It didn't take me long to get to my classroom where I found Takashi, Hisashi, and Rei sitting around talking to one another.
As I walked nearer, Takashi was the first to notice my appearance. He turned to me and raised his eyebrow in a curious expression before waving me over.
His waving brought Rei and Hisashi's attention my way.
I walked over to them ignoring the looks I got from some of the students (girls) and sat down in my chair putting my bag under my desk.
Takashi was the first to speak as he kept his questioning gaze on me, "Yo, Ryu, where you been? You missed the entirety of the first period, man," his question gained a nod from both Rei and Hisashi.
Taking a deep breath, I put on my charisma and began telling them my lie I'd told the teachers.
"Yuuki fell down some stairs when we were coming down from the roof of the science part of the school and she got pretty banged up, so I stayed with her in the infirmary to make sure she was okay," putting on a genuinely pained smile, I shrugged my shoulders at the three looking at me, "but it's fine, she's only got some serious bruising - no broken bones,"
The three of them looked at me with widened eyes. Rei seemed to believe the lie fully, so did Hisashi, but Takashi looked a bit suspicious.
But before he could question it, Rei instantly got up and put her hands down on my desk.
"Are you COMPLETELY sure that Yuuki is fine?" her serious face was intended to intimidate me into answering but the worry in her eyes told me she didn't have any bad-intentions, just stupid thoughts and actions.
But this was definitely something I didn't expect - not Rei being worried per se but rather how Yuuki and Rei became very good friends.
At first, Yuuki was incredibly hostile toward Rei - even saying incredibly hostile was an understatement - but when she found out the girl held no romantic interest in me, they instantly became best friends or whatever.
I really couldn't figure out why my charm couldn't grab Rei's attention? I don't want it - she'd never let me have a harem - but it's just that I think she's a natural enemy of playboys like me and I want to know how to counter her in case I find a girl like her in the future...Research must be completed~!
Back to the present, I looked up at Rei's worried eyes and let out a small chuckle, "Yes, I'm sure she's fine, Rei, otherwise I'd never have left the infirmary," my overly casual tone seemed to tick her off as she pinched my cheek and tried to pull me up.
But she found that no matter how much she pulled, I wouldn't move. My cheek would still move with her fingers - my skin isn't rock hard and still has pliability - but it was like I couldn't feel any of the pain that was supposed to be going through my system.
From my perspective, I couldn't feel any pain. It was like a child pulling at my cheek.
But from Takashi and Hisashi's perspective, I was like some God who'd stood up and shown his invincibility.
Rei's eye twitched as she looked at my lack of action or reaction.
"Oi, Rei, aren't you being overly familiar with me? Doing this to Takashi or Hisashi is fine but me?" trailing off, all my words were met with was the mock-disdain of Rei who laughed in a weird way.
"Well, you're my BFF's b--wait, what are you and Yuuki?" her anger faded away as her eyes took on an almost star-like shining as she leaned over my desk like a police officer interrogating a suspect.
It was my turn for my eye to twitch as I looked at Rei enter her gossip-mode.
Before I could tell her to mind her own business, Takashi instantly butted in, "Yeah, when are you and her gonna get together? You're a perfect match," hearing him I instantly squinted and looked, no, glared at him.
"Oh? Look who's talking...Why isn't that just ironic, Rei?" turning to Rei, I saw the small smile on her face as she giggled behind her hand.
"Yeah, Takashi, talk about the line 'Pot calling the Kettle black'," Hisashi began laughing along with Rei.
"Shut up, Hisashi!" "Shut up, Hisashi," both Takashi and I told Hisashi to stuff it as he was calling us both indecisive idiots. Takashi was, but I wasn't. I was just...waiting for the right time to ask her to mine...
Yeah, that's it.
Hisashi looked between the two of us before gripping the bridge of his nose, "Whatever..." he leaned back into his chair, not caring for it anymore.
Rei, however, obviously wasn't planning on letting it go as she went back into interrogating me.
"So, what are you two? Tell me, Ryu, as her best friend, I deserve to know~!" Rei closed her eyes and pointed her nose to the sky with a look of pride and assurance on her face.
This girl...I feel sorry for you, Takashi...
"Why haven't you asked Yuuki this when you speak to her? You're also texting with each other," I looked confusedly at Rei who just got annoyed with me and urged me to spill the beans.
Again...I feel so sorry for you, Takashi...
"Haah~ How do I put it...Ah! I got it. We're not boyfriend and girlfriend, yet anyway, I plan to ask her soon, so, for now, I guess it'd be accurate to describe us as lovers," saying this with a smile I saw Rei, Hisashi, and Takashi freeze up along with most other people near us.
Takashi broke out of it first and leaned toward me and whispered at me, "So...you've, like, slept with one another?"
Looking at him as if he were an idiot, I nodded, "Yeah, that's what lovers do, right?"
"But-but-but! Aren't you supposed to become boyfriend and girlfriend before doing, you know, s-sex?" Rei was as red as a tomato as she blurted out her question.
Laughing, I shrugged my shoulders, "Well, I guess you can do that, but does it really matter? Funnily enough, I and Yuuki had sex the first time we ever met...Haah~ What a great first meeting~"
As I said this, I could feel the virgins in the class cursing me under their breath.
Hahaha~! The misfortune of others who are less fortunate than me! This is really cheering me up from earlier's shit!
"S-she failed to mention that...and that's what got you two to where you are now?" Rei seemed interested in this information. She even got out a notepad and started writing stuff down.
Is she gonna use this to get Takashi or something? Oh damn, you better thank me for this, bro.
"Uhh, I guess so. After the deed, we traded numbers and she came over that night for something to eat, we watched a movie and carried on with our--You know," I smiled wryly at the overly-curious friends I had before looking around at the class and giving them a stare which said 'mind your own business'.
Though, I didn't care too much.
Rei, however, kept writing things down but when she went to ask a question, Takashi covered her mouth before 'glaring' at me.
"I don't want Rei getting advice off of such a playboy, so don't answer her questions," he gave me a half-serious stare as she spoke.
Seeing his stare I laughed a little before putting my arms in the air, "Yeah yeah, whatever, Takashi. I was gonna put in a good word for you, but not anymore~" my words caused his eyes to go a bit wide but he still ignored me.
Haah~ No wonder she picked Hisashi...Takashi's a bit too spineless and indecisive currently...
While I was thinking this, Takashi put Rei's notepad and pen away before getting her to sit back at her desk.
As this happened, the teacher came in and called for the class to settle down.

The bell had just gone and I was currently outside the infirmary.
Sliding the door open I walked inside to see Shizuka and Yuuki talking to one another like best friends who'd known each other for years.
"Shizuka-sensei, you should totally invite me and Rei next time you and this roommate of yours have a drinking session! We could have a proper girls meet-up! Or I could just bring Ryu and we could have a big orgy--Oh hey, Ryu!" Yuuki saw me and turned and waved frantically at me, obviously overly excited.
I let out a relieved sigh as I saw this. I was glad she at least seemed better than before. I'd have to thank Shizuka with some fine alcohol for helping Yuuki like this.
Why did I think Shizuka helped Yuuki? Because the nurse has a naturally calming and soothing aura flowing off of her. She's literally made for healing people - the perfect nurse/doctor-in-training.
"Hello, Yuuki, what's this I hear about an orgy~?" smiling I came up to Yuuki and hugged her as tight as I could without hurting her and lifted her off the bed.
She wrapped her legs around my waist and did a few subtle grinding motions against my crotch - it felt heavenly.
"H-Hattori-san! You didn't hear anything about an..." she looked toward the door cautiously before hissing/whispering, "o-orgy! I'm your school nurse, and you're my student Yuu--Miku-san, I won't be inviting you to drink at my apartment!!" she pouted cutely which caused both I and Yuuki to look at her and burst out with laughter.
Yuuki was the first to stop and speak, "Well, whatever you say Shizuka-sensei, you have my number and I have yours~" she turned back to me and smiled before pecking my lips, "So, should we head back to mine to get my clothes before going for our date~?" Yuuki looked at me with excitement practically bubbling out of her eyes.
Which would make this next part so much hard to do...
"Yuukiii~?" she looked at me, urging me to continue, "I think we just stay at my house tonight...you're too injured to go out and about, I just want to spoil you and look after you tonight, not drag you around town," I looked at her with an apologetic but caring face as I leaned my forehead against her's.
But her face went a bit dark, "...But I wanna go on a date with you, Ryu,"
"But you're injured, Yuuki," I replied with a worried look.
"But I wanna,"
"We can't,"
"But I wanna, Ryu!" her voice went a few volumes louder as her yellow eyes looked at me with a death stare, fiery telling me that if I didn't agree, she'd flip out.
Though, it had no effect on me, "No, I'm putting my foot down, Yuuki: We're not going out tonight. Your well-being means more to me than going out for some fancy meal or to the cinemas," I lost my stern face as I gently caressed her face. She tried to pull away but my soft touch placated her and had her leaning her cheek against my hand like a cute little kitten, "As long as your fine and healthy, we can go on a date whenever we want but if we go tonight and you hurt yourself further, I'd feel incredibly guilty,"
Yuuki looked into my eyes with watery ones before she looked incredibly down and regretful about something but she still reluctantly agreed.
Smiling at her I maneuvered her around and onto my back before picking up her bag. I turned to Shizuka and said farewell before walking out of the infirmary and made my way out of the school and back toward Yuuki's apartment.
"Yuuki, won't your parents act up when they see you beat up like this?" I knew her parents were a taboo subject for her but I couldn't help but worry.
The stillness on my back that followed my question made me worryingly look at Yuuki's face which was leaning on my shoulder.
Her eyes were filled with a faint sadness as she replied, "...They won't really care too much," she paused for a moment, thinking about something before carrying on, "But...would you mind coming in with me?" she sounded a bit scared and that made my heart clench painfully.
Nodding, I leaned my head against her's, "Of course, Yuuki,"
She let out a contented mewl and closed her eyes.
Minutes later she spoke up, however.
"Ryu, teach me how to fight," her words came out of nowhere but they made incredible sense after what happened today.
"Yeah, of course I can. I guess after what happened today, you'd wanna know how to protect yourself--" I was cut off by Yuuki as I spoke.
"I'm not doing it entirely for myself, Yuuki. Sure I don't like getting kicked on the floor, but...it was your pained face which hurt the most," her voice trembled as I felt her body shake, "The face I was responsible for...if you came a few minutes later and saw what they wanted to do with me, you'd see how dirty and impure I am! I-I just don't k-know how I'd deal with that! You'd never w-want to see me again--!" I spun her from my back as I cradled her in my arms, holding her close.
I looked down at her tear-filled face and spoke in a quiet and gentle voice.
"But that didn't happen, Yuuki, so please stop worrying because I'll always protect you just like I did today, okay?" her yellow eyes were filled with complex emotions as I spoke, "I've never seen you as dirty or impure, Yuuki, you're someone so very dear to me, that seeing you like this makes my heart feel like it'll explode, you know? So, please, don't worry about me ever thinking about you like that because I love you way too much to do that--" realizing what I'd just said I instantly stopped speaking as I saw Yuuki's eyes widen.
Her breathing went ragged as her yellow eyes were filled up with multiple different emotions: Disbelief, surprise, embarrassment but overall, they were filled with an ocean of happiness.
"You...you love me?" her voice was as quiet as a mouse and shook heavily, "Someone like...me? You love...you love..." her brain seemed to stop working before her face went incredibly red. But she didn't look away or avert her eyes, she just looked into mine with an expression of relief and longing.
Her downtrodden expression did a complete U-Turn as a massive flood of happiness appeared on her face and she hugged my neck like a back koala, "Ryu~! I love you too! IloveyouIloveyouIloveyouIloveyou~!❤" she instantly started raining my neck, mouth, and face with wet kisses, even going as far as to give me hickeys on my neck as if she were marking her territory.
Haah~ As the days go by, I'm more and more convinced she's a cat person...
After a while, and after Yuuki stopped kissing me, she looked up at me with a sultry expression, "It really took you long enough to respond to my feelings, Ryu~"
"How's it my fault?! You didn't say you loved me either!" feeling indignant I pouted a little which caused Yuuki to giggle like a child.
"Don't worry over the little stuff, Ryu~ Now, let's go to my house so we can get back to yours quicker! And from tomorrow onward you'll be training me to fight~!" her behavior now was the complete opposite to what it was earlier.
But I didn't question it. I could tell she was sincerely happy and that made me happy, so I started walking to her house.
