The port at the riverbank was filled with back-robed people. They moved about and filled the whole area!

They were all from different factions of power. There were people from large sects, small sects, and spontaneously formed groups, various elites from different sects and some pretty decent solo players. There were also some noobs who were thinking of taking advantage of the situation to steal from those who died. 

In other words, there was a variety of people on the port. 

All of them craned their heads to look at the government-made road in the distance. 

"They're coming!"

Heavy rumbles came toward them from a distance. The ground trembled slightly, and they could vaguely see dust that flew up the government-made road.
