The next morning I felt myself smiling widely as I sat up and called a maid to bring water. I had forgotten to place my status points from leveling up yesterday, but it was fresh on my mind now. Calling up the status screen I looked at the number of saved up status points, a total of 40, 5 per level. It was the same as Jeehan's, however unlike him I didn't intend to put all of my points into a single stat. After a small deliberation my status had finally been improved!

Although I hadn't specialized my stats I knew that the skills possess would increase my stats whenever the skill reached an increment of 10. While that doesn't seem to indicate a specialization, since the majority of my combat skills will be related to spears my stats should change to be suited for using spears. Having finished allocating my stats I looked around and found the Nirvana Seal and the two diaries. As expected a low level observe wouldn't be able to give me any information on them besides the most basic information that wasn't sealed by the originals mother. While a bit disappointed that quickly went away as Observe leveled up. It seems even if I can't get all the information using Observe on high level unknown items and such will give it a huge boost in skill experience. After I finished up in my room I went out to have breakfast before returning to the secluded courtyard from yesterday and spending an hour on training ID Create/Escape to level 5 and then going back to hunting zombies.
I wasn't too ecstatic about fighting more of the rotten mooks, but I had only this one more life to live. I'd make and take on newer ID's when I felt I was strong enough to fight without worries. It wasn't very fun just playing wack a zombie today so I fought them using various attacks like sweeping the legs or straight thrusts to various points on their bodies, hell I even Crane Kicked one of them. All of my grinding culminated after three hours into a few level and skill ups.

My Spear Mastery and Yue Clan Basic Spear Technique appear to put a focus on agility and dexterity, with less focus on strength and vitality. What surprised me however was that Yue Clans Spear gave me double the stats that Spear Mastery
Did, 4 Agility and Dexterity with 2 Strength and Vitality.
I figured that I had done enough zombie hunting for the day and that I should work on my Inherent Skill Purification. I don't know if I'll be able to get Nirvanas Flame or not so I need to level this skill as much as possible, and after nearly 12 hours of zombie slaying over the past two days I have just the items to work with. I change the ID to an empty one and dump out the 83 auto looted zombie corpses that had been stored in my inventory and started using Purification on them. The results? 57 zombie corpses vanished completely and I was left with four types of alchemy ingredients according to Observe.

Apparently my Purification either completely wiped away the necrotic energy in the corpses or concentrated it into different parts of the body causing the Purified items to be created. Originally the whole corpse was considered my loot by the system, most if not all the parts of the zombie apparently had their own uses. Well I wasn't going to complain about the bad efficiency of my skills, because I never had any intention of personally slicing up those corpses at all. In fact I was thankful that I could obtain high quality items from the zombies even if the drop rate was currently low. Well that just meant more grinding after all nothing he could do about it except complain and work.
After dusting myself off I returned to the zombie ID and started hunting them by striking them with my fists fill with Purification's power. Unsurprisingly they all died with a single hit and melted into nothingness. After an hour of that I started trying to use Purification on my spearhead and managed to succeed, making the hunting even easier.
I ended my hunting session around the same time as yesterday. I was incredibly satisfied with the results and even Fourth Mother and Uncle noticed my good mood. I simply told them that my training went really well today and that I had figured out why I kept messing up yesterday. They both congratulated me with kind smiles. I returned to my room and put on the Nirvana Seal before going to sleep. Like I had thought the Spear Goddess came and turned the Seal into a power cultivation tool for me, with the spiritual energy around me in this dream world and the Seal I could cultivate extremely fast. It was then I slapped my head in realization, for the original the dream space was the universal pouch, could this place also be the universal pouch? Was what I was wondering. If it was did that mean that the two Phoenix sisters were here? Huh there were nothing but unanswerable questions in my head. If I already had the Phoenix sisters and the Nirvana Flame, I could go into the Seal and get Xiao Wen Li. If I didn't have them the Seal would probably crush me into nonexistence. I'd have to make a decision on that eventually. After a few troubled minutes I calmed my mind and began cultivating.
