Chapter 8: Chapter 8 [Alva]
Alva was walking to her father's study to see him. She had finished all of her work today and wanted to spend time with him for she had no one else to spend time with. She was a Noble of the the Silvester Duchy a family with a long line of Great Mages. She was the Daughter of the Great Slav and the Infamous Silvia. She spends all her time learning Etiquette, Dancing, and Magic that she didn't have any true friends her age. The only people should could talk to were her maids but they are paid to be here. The other Nobles only look at her as a way to gain a connection which is frustrating.
She felt trapped in a big prison where she was the only occupant. She was given free reign to go anywhere but where she wanted. She could do anything but what she wanted to do. She could get anything but what she wanted. It was depressing. She arrived at the door of her father's study but stopped before she entered. She could here her father talking to someone which is rare since no one visits often.
"2 children found in the middle of the Hollow Forest which close is the territory of the Goblin King" Slav said. "I know how crazy it sounds-" a new voice she didn't recognize said. "Crazy the only thing separating them is a stream of water. Not only that they have Black and White. It's not just crazy, IT'S INSANE!!!" "I know but-" "There isn't even a village inside of the Hollow Forest and what makes this less believable is there isn't even a safe path through forest that regular citizens can use." "Listen I know but-" "but what you want me to lead a group of people of 20 of my best soldiers into the forest recover said children why cause the church said so." "No but I'm calling that one Favor" said the new voice. I deep sign was heard through the door. "Fine you pushed me into a corner." said Slav. The room went silent for a minute or 2. "Give me a week to gather up some supplies and men then we will move into the forest." "Thank you" the voice replied "You just better hope the Goblin King doesn't find out or we'll have a horde up our ass"
Alva entered to room.
