Chapter 13: CHAPTER 13
Later that night when everyone went to sleep,Amelia was walking towards her room suddenly all her surrounding became red,she looked towards her surroundings but he couldn't find her way to her room.She heards some people screaming,people were running.Someone has grabbed her hand,she want to break free from the grip but she couldn't her hand was hurting she was sure her hand has got brussies too.She only heard the person who hold her say "Mia you won't be alone in this world I will send you to your parents,I can't let them blame me from seprating you both."the person laughed misheviously.
Mia has shouted desperatily,and all of a sudden her surroundings were covered with blood.
Mia has woke up from her nightmare,her hair is completely a mess and her body is covered with sweat.She went to washroom and stood in front of the mirrow,she splashed water on her face,'let it go Mia,don't get afraid your not Mia now don't let anyone doubt about you.You should hide your exitance in order to grow strong don't let yourself be afraid of those few people you ned to yet face the real one.'
She waked in the balcony outside of her room for fresh air, after claming down her fear she was going back to her room when she noticed the light of the living room is on.As a curious little kitty she walked with slow steps not to make any noises.
Downstairs she saw her Katerine sitting alone and sighing she was lookings towards a painting left side on the wall,if people don't know her they will surely think that she is very much intrested in that painting,but Amelia was seeing that painiting from the first time she came to this house.Even when Amelia walked beside her, she didn't notice her it made Amelia even more curious.
"Mom" Amelia called her 3 times but still their was no response
"Mommmm" Amelia patted on Katerine's shoulder to wake her up from her train of thoughts.Katerine was startled.
"Oh sweetheart what are you doing here? Is everything alright? Trouble in sleeping?"Katerine asked concern was clear on his face.
Amelia let a low chuckle,her heart warmed "Mom see i'm fine,well it's my question you seem to be lost in your thoughts that you didn't even realised my presence."
"Mom is alright sweetie go and rest i want my daughter's be the best in tomorrow's party."
"Mommm your changing the topic,what are you hiding spill all the beans out."Amelia asked in serious tone.
Katerine releases a low sigh.
"She won't say anything to you until eveything goes wrong."John's voice startled Amelia. John came carrying some snacks and mug of coffee which he passed it to Katherine, it looks like this coupls stay awake till late night everyday.
"Dad well atleast you say me?Is it a family secret which I shouldn't know?"I asked in a sad tone looking down at the floor.Thi trick always works on everyone.
"Ame look your also a member of our family,your name is AMELIA LOPEZ don't forget that."Katherine says
"I can't even know what is bothering my parents which is making them to stay awake all the night?"
"It's like we want to hide it from you honey"John says.
I angrly stared at both of them for few minutes.It was a pin drop silence both Katherine and John looked at each other then they released a sigh.
"It's just about your sister's boyfriend."mom started.
My mouth was wide open and if my lower jaw is not attached to the skull it would have fallen down on the group.I didn't mean she couldn't have a boyfriend but she used to be a reserved person back when I left the house, later she started making friends but I didn't expect her to keep this from me.
She speaks all kind of non sense in the phone but she never said this to me.And what I don't understand is why are my parents bothrd about him when they are loving each other unless he is not fit for him or he is cheating on Kara if the second one is true i'm going to kill him.
I looked towards them for further explanation as if understanding my meaning my dad started explaing further.
"We were glad too that she started dating first he is a model they both work for the same company.At first she used to hangout 2 or 3 days in a week but now she comes late everyday night,gods know when she comes home, but when she comes home she looks sobered up.She is completely out of her mind.She started neglecting her career now,she doesn't goes to social gathering nor she doesn't attends family parties.I asked her to bring her boyfriend to home, look who will let her girlfriend to drive her own car when she is fully drunk he got accident and got admitted in hospital.Not even once did she came to visit her in the hospital nor did he called her just sending few messages of 'take care,get well soon' used to bring smile on her face. When I met him I asked him, he said he doesn't want to get into a scandel when their career is stable now."John explained
"Later your dad and I attended a party where he was seen tagged along with a girl who has made her career while stepping my daughter's with him.They never left eachother's side through out the party,everyone were assuming they were couple they just smiled to that comments. After that we came to know when Kara got accident he went to drop her so called friend.Kara was not even trying to listening to our words she is living in her so called dreamworld, that she made us have to agree to her words for sharing a partnership in the new upcoming project."Katerine said in a sad tone.
Now I came to understand what was happening in the house, as to why everyone were having awkard talk in the lunch and dinner too.
"Well so who is her so called boyfriend?"
When I was waiting for thir answer I got stuck when I heard the familiar name.
