Chapter 209: Picking Her Up

"Hello Kitten, miss me?"

Her eyes widened at the sudden address, she knew that they were meeting today but a time was never settled on. She had been cleaning up around the house when she first heard the knock on her door. Only after confirming she knew who it was did she open it. Through the camera she took a quick glance but as he stood in front of her it felt different.

They had seen each other recently but it felt like a long time has passed. His face seemed to be slightly slimmer and his hair was styled as if it was combed recently. Her fingers slightly itched as she wanted to run her hands through it and return it back to his typical tousled look. His clothes were his typical fit, a suit and tie but she loved the way it sat on his body. It was obviously tailored to match his body and did a perfect job of maintaining his CEO persona. If it wasn't for the hooligan way he spoke and acted around her, she would also believe in the 'gentlemen' facade.
