Right from the gate, the scene where the reflection of the sunset reaching the garden of roses is so breathtaking, it may look like a pool of blood but all I remember is his beautiful red hair. There's a large fountain right in the middle, the water is glittering and the fountain itself is like a glowing magical item.
The stairs from the bottom up to the large two door entrance are made up of marble, I know it's marble because I love the sound of my shoes clicking to a marble tiles. The theme of the ball was medieval period, I love how everything looks exactly from the book of medieval era, everything is in vintage, from the floor, up to the ceiling, the tables, the lights, I love them all.
"Ready to go rock the ball partner?", I grinned at Henry. "I was born ready, how about a party till morning?", he grinned back. "Now don't go home drinking too much and don't go dancing on top of tables.", mother warns us as we officially join the party.
Surprisingly, it's easy to label people according to which kindom they're from, the people from our kingdom has blue eyes and yellow hair, the people from the Kingdom of Diamonds have red eyes and black hair, while the people with green eyes and brown hair are from the Kingdom of Clover, and the Kingdom of my love, the Kingdom of Spades have brown eyed, reded hair people.
I can see Liam and Amanda just on the oposite table from us, they are the prince and princess of the Kingdom of Clover. I'm not really close to them in terms of activity, but Henry is, he's always talking about how they're the same about loving sports. My hobby friends are Lizzy and Art, the prince and princess in the Kingdom of Diamonds, we love tea parties and books.
As I wonder my gaze around hoping to find him, I see Art from another table.... pointing at me? What? I can't... "It looks like they want us there Quin.", Henry said. Oh so that's what those signs meant. We excused ourselves and went towards their table. "Quiiiiiiiinnnnnn!", Lizzy hugged me from behind. "I finally see you again! I miss you my Quin!", she added. "She's not yours Elizabeth.", Art countered. Lizzys' pouting face makes us all giggle. Elizabeth is the real name of Lizzy and Arthur is Art, I'm the only one that can use those nickname.
"Don't let him hear you say that Elizabeth, you know how easly he gets jealous.", teases Liam. "How lucky, somebody's so madly in love with her.", Amanda added. Just those thoughts from friends already made me feel chimmy, what more from the him himself. Among the crowd I can see a man with red hair, even though he's still far from our location, I'm already certain that it's him. "Speaking of it, isn't that your prince?", said Lizzy as she pointed the man.
I can't help smiling as he walk straight to where we are. Each and everytime we see each other is exactly like the movies, everything turns blury except him and everything's in slow motion with a lovely background music. I see him smile as he bowed down to me and held his hand, "May I have this dance my Queen?", he asked. "Surely my King", I answered. His smile widen as he lead me to the dance floor.
The music is switched to a slow dancing tone as we sway slowly to the rythm. I love his red shiny hair, I love how he smiles widely as he sees me, I love the way his eyes glow as Im reflected through it. I love everything about him. My feelings are overflowing I can' t help but tell him, "I love you Kyle. Thank you for always being there for me." He blushed a little and hugged me. "I was about to say that.", "Are you blushing?", "No I'm not.", "I can see your ears turning red." He hugged me tighter as I giggled.
"I love how we are now, I hope this day never ends.", I wished with all my heart. "I sure hope too.", he broke the hug and look at me. Suddenly my heart pounded hard as I look straightly to his now sad eyes. "Why? What's wrong?", I gently place my palm to his cheeks, "Why are your eyes so sad?" . I have this gutting pain that's telling me that I wouldn't want to hear the answer. "I have to tell you something.", he finally said as he squeezes my hand.
I used to be a writer in different sites, I love writing about tragic love stories, horror, gore, action, fantasy, well generally, all genre. I don't know, I really love it, mixing them all up together. Except for Chinese historical set up, it's an exception in a good way. I love reading them and I do believe I can't write anything like it. I mean, Chinese historical set up is great, I love the clothes, the line up story, the government thing, the palace and all, pure perfection.
