Chapter 13: Chapter Thirteen
It was the dark of the moon on the sixth of June when the boys woke up to the sound of bombs outside. Jungkook wakes up screaming and clutching onto Taehyung's torso. His mind immediately goes to martial law and as soon as he realizes that he's not gonna stay alive if he stays in one spot, he jumps up and runs to the window to analyze the damage done to Seoul. It's crazy how life works, right? I mean, one minute you're peacefully sleeping next your new boyfriend and the next the world is ending on the other side of the wall that protects you from the outside world.

Turns out that's just what Taehyung's alarm was. It was the sound of bombs going off.
"What are you doing?" Taehyung asks, sitting up with bed hair and his eyes half closed.
"I thought World War three had started!" Jungkook yells and Taehyung immediately shushes him.
"It was just my alarm."
"I know that now! Why is that your alarm? Of all things, freaking bombs!"
"It wakes me up. I have difficulty waking up to normal songs and stuff so I use crazy things to get my attention. Don't worry, I once woke up to that alarm and forgot that it was my alarm and I did the same thing you just did."
"Well you could have at least warned me that was your alarm." Jungkook says, sitting back down on the bed as taehyung scoots closer to the younger to hug him from behind.
"You're so warm." The oldest says.
"I know. Why do you think I kicked the covers off?" Jungkook asks sassily.
"I'm sorry for not warning you about my alarm. Are you going to be mad all night?"
"Well no. I'm just hungry and tired."
"Aw, look at my baby. Come on, let's go get food and then we can come back and sleep."
Jungkook nods as he rubs at his eyes with a slight pout. It was adorable and doing things to Taehyung's heart.
The two stand and get presentable, as in fixing their bad hair and exchanging their dirty shirts for new hoodies because now it's cold outside. They almost get into a pillow fight, the only thing stopping them is the rather loud rumbling of Jungkook's stomach. He wasn't lying when he said he was hungry.
They made their way down the silent streets of the city that were just bustling with people two hours ago. It's amazing what time will do to a city.
The owner of restaurant was sitting in the back booth, playing on his phone when the two walked in. He perked up and scurried across the room to greet the new customers.
"Hello! How many?" The owner asks, picking up two menus.
It really wasn't necessary to ask how many people he needed to seat but it was policy and he was not about to ditch policy.
"Uh, two." Taehyung says in a really deep voice for no reason. You could say that Jungkook was Jungshook. (Aye, I'll be here all week folks)
Moving on, the two were sat at the very middle of the room and while they were deciding what to eat, the owner went back to his booth to play on his phone.
"Are you guys ready to order?"
"Yes, I want the Egg Toast Sandwich." Taehyung says, handing the guy his menu.
"Make that two." Jungkook says, also handing over his menu.
A few minutes later, the two had their food and were chowing down. There was little space for conversation however they found a way to have fun without speaking. By that I mean they laughed as one of the two would make fun of the other for getting crumbs all the way up their cheeks.
All in all, it took them a whole forty five minutes in the restaurant and when they left they decided to just go back to the dorm and sleep until they couldn't anymore.
