Taehyung was currently at the mall getting a new outfit for the party. He had already worn all of his good party clothes and he wanted to impress everyone there. He wanted to show them that he didn't always have to be nerdy.
Yeah. Kim Taehyung was the college nerd.
Well, not exactly.
Kim Taehyung was extremely smart. Like, smarter than Namjoon smart. He just didn't like to show it off. Except when people paid him for answers. Which is why he had the ability to go and buy things whenever he wanted.
His mom always wondered how he got the money and he always told her not to worry about it.
Today, Taehyung was wearing a cream colored turtleneck, black jeans, his creepers, and a long black coat. It was cold outside.
But the outfit Taehyung bought was nothing like his current outfit.
He bought a bunch of things he had never thought of wearing before. Such as black skinny jeans with holes in them all the way up his thighs. Or the Vans he never had a need to wear. Along with the black sweatshirt that said Donald in white, bold letters. He decided the outfit would go nicely with his snap back that he never wore because it never matched what he normally wore.
Once Taehyung was done shopping, he went to the food court to get a big pretzel. It's not a complete trip to the mall if you don't get a pretzel. Besides, he was getting hungry and his diet had been going really good. He deserved this pretzel.
And I know. When you see the word diet you think he is worried about his weight. Which is kind of true but that's not why he's on a diet. He eats on a set meal plan to make sure he is healthy and also so that he knows just how much to work out at eleven that night.
Taehyung also goes to the gym but he goes late at night to make sure no one knows he's there. Taehyung doesn't like people knowing he works out because then the girls would be all over him and all of the super cool football dudes would want to hang out with him and he isn't like that. He'd rather sit at home and read a book until his roommate falls asleep which is when he sneaks to the gym. He's not a big class clown type now. But that's a story for another time.
Taehyung was in line for a pretzel when someone tapped his left shoulder. Turning around, Taehyung notices the person is in his right.
"Aw, dang it. You're not gullible." A voice Taehyung knew really well said.
"After you've lived as long as I have, you tend to get less gullible, child."
"I am not a child." Jungkook says, smiling.
"You sure act like it a lot."
"Well I'm not a child. Are those new clothes for the party?"
"Yes they are. What are you gonna wear?"
"Probably just a black shirt, jeans, and my Docs. I don't dress up for parties. Especially not Lisa's. Her's get crazy. Anyways, I have to go. Bye, Taehyung."

bogofor80cents I don't know if I mentioned this earlier or not but I'm going to be updating every Tuesday if I have a chapter ready. June this year may be a bit messed up but I'm working on a way to get that fixed. I'm gonna be possibly away from wifi for two weeks which means I may not get everything updated during those two weeks but I'll probably publish the chapters before or after the two weeks.
