Waking up drunk, four in the morning is one of the worst experience possible. Wait where am I, this isn't my bed. Oh, right I'm at Mr.Woke apartment. Mr.Woke is so generous when drunk. He reminds me of one of the characters I read on novels, he even has the looks for it.
why am I still here again? Oh right, Mr.Woke is bringing me to my brother's party.
Looking at Mr.Woke contemplating is kinda funny. there are two plates on the table so one of them is for me, so sweet. I grab my food and as I was walking to get a cup of coffee Mr.Woke Finally spoke.
He seems to not be able to recount what happened last night. I told him in detail what happened and emphasize that nothing happened between the two of us.
How cute, Mr. Woke over here's blushing even though I assured him nothing happened between us. Really cu-
Diana?! Control yourself!
Even though he's nice, easy to open up to and cute. Especially cute, where was I? Nevermind just calm down and act casual.
Talking to him casually is making my heart throb even more. He doesn't act like a "regular guy" he seems to be more open and acts the way he wants. he's too carefree that's my impression of him.
It's weird he's really nice but at the same time rude. Not rude per se but too blunt that he acts like he doesn't know words affect other people.
An example is when we first met, he's too straight forward and wants nothing more than to finish the transaction to be done as soon as possible.
though he's an interesting person to talk with.
we were talking about a lot of stuff mostly about my relationship with my brother. I'm such a blabbermouth that I told him all my recent worries and anxieties.
a few hours passed and he kept entertaining me always there to give moral support he's so nice.
it's eight in the morning and it's time for him to go to work he said his shift will only be till one in the afternoon so I said I'll wait at the cafe.
Waiting for a few hours is much tougher than it sounds, especially since I was waiting for my brother's banquet. the concept of waiting is funny when you're expecting something your perspective of time move's a lot slower. But when you're having fun, time flies.
the faithful hour has finally arrived.
So many people were at his office. with one glance you can easily recognize them; Kings. Kings around the world gathered into this spot just to go to my brother's banquet. around 30 was here some already went to my brother's banquet, some are still on their way here.
a lot of kings we're chatting with Woke, they seem to be friendly with each other. I mean who wouldn't, Woke is a very great guy. But oddly enough there's some strange vibe from some of them from time to time.
I walked forward to Woke and talked to him. I feel some strange glares from some of the kings. It's kinda weird I wonder why they're giving me those strange glares.
"Diana, welcome as you can see your brothers guest are quite the crowd aren't they" Woke said it in such a playful tone. But when some people heard I was Poseidon's brother some had a warmer expression to me than before.
I replied to Woke asking on what time he would come to the banquet so that I'll accompany him. He replied with "maybe around 3 in the afternoon" with that I waited for him.
I and Woke were right in front of a rift in space directly at the hall of my brother's castle. it was quite lively at each corner a king could be seen. We went through the rift and arrive at the banquet.
A few hours passed and it was 6 in the afternoon and all the guest were sitting around the table. my brother was about to announce something or so he said.
"Greetings my friends and fellow kings and queens. Today is a monumental day not only for me but for my great friend Zeus. He's gonna announce something each of us has waited for." with that the man next to my brother stood up alongside him and spoke.
"I'm here to announce I've crossed the hurdles that are shackling all of us kings and queens. I've finally done it, I'm now an emperor"
sorry it's late I was trying make it longer but my laziness is too op
