Chapter 53: the origin of the ship
after ikki was done torturing the greeks he came back to his home in kyoto, when he arrived in the capital he was greeted by every single youkai with respect, in the past years he had firmly established himself as an unmatched ruler of kyoto along with yasaka,
once he entered the room in which yasaka was resting before his departure, he was greeted by the sight of his wife looking at a photo album which contained the photos of him and her along with their kids, she had all the photos from the day they met,
after spending some time with his wife, ikki went back to his mansion in mt.fuji, he then informed the tyrant to examine the ship which he took from the halo universe, while the tyrant was busy, ikki began to meditate and made his soul to materialize in the void between planes which was connected to him, this was the first time he was trying to do this after tsuchimikado had gifted him the void, the reason why he was trying this was because of what hera had said about him being a guardian,
after staying in the void for some time , he gave up hope on meeting the guardian again , just as he was about to leave he sensed a tremendous pressure which forced his soul form to go stiff, unable to do anything he watched as as a figure materialized, a beautiful woman who could put even his wife to shame, with long black hair and blood red eyes, when she saw his struggling form the pressure immediately vanished,
"i am sorry young one, i did not mean to harm you , after all why would i cause harm to someone who is about to essentially become my son" this made ikki have a stupid face, the being giggled and said,
" i know you have questions ikki, so let me state the obvious, yes you have now taken the place of a guardian just like the being yun long who was responsible for sending you away from your plane of existence in the first place, however to become a guardian you first need to form a contract with an existing guardian to become their apprentice and learn of your duties as a guardian, however in your case , you belong to the alpha universe because of which there is no guardian strong enough to form a contract with you , well , except me, normally the contract is formed by exchanging mana or any other energy between the guardian and the apprentice, but in our case it would not work so instead we will be exchanging blood, i will imbue in you my own blood , essentially making you my son, while i would gain a small amount of your knowledge" she said to the stupefied ikki, without giving him time to respond, she used her power to open a small cut on her finger from which blood came out , she did the same thing to ikki, after that she forced her blood to enter ikki and forcefully change his dna, his saiyan dna was left untouched while his human dna was modified to a heavy extent , ikki could sense that he had now become three tines as strong as before,
the woman slowly came close to ikki and kissed his forehead,
" everyone calls me lady death, my true name is thanatos, however you will call me mother, understand???" she said to which ikki numbly nodded,
she then disappeared leaving a stupefied ikki behind

while all of this was happening, the tyrant was busy examining the ship that they had found, he found that the ship had extremely advanced weapon systems that put even the forerunners to shame, he also found a hidden compartment on the ship which contained frozen bodies inside,
after the tyrant had managed to thaw them he was stunned to find human bodies, but they were not ordinary humans, he could see an additional network of veins in the bodies which seemed to be capable of harnessing energy,
he immediately called ikki
"IKKI GET DOWN HERE, THE SHIP HAS SHINOBI BODIES" he shouted
