Chapter 29: how dare she bully you

Shen Ruyi stopped when she heard her scream. When she turned she saw Ru Shi whining in pain as she holds her ankle while sitting on the ground.

"Ru Shi, are you okay?"

She worriedly asked as she approached her.

"It hurts."

Ru Shi looked up at her as she complained.

"Why are you so stupid? Who let you run in heels like a madwoman!'

Shen Ruyi scolded her but one can hear the self-blame and worry in her voice.

Ru Shi pouted as she looked at her.

"Isn't it, your fault?"

Shen Ruyi sighed

"Do you want me to go and call my cousin?"

Ru Shi panicked when she heard her.

"No...no. just help me. Don't you remember the first time we met?"

Ru Shi smiled softly.

Shen Ruyi looked away.

"No, I don't. Why will I remember it?"

Ru Shi chuckled when she heard her.

"Of course you don't. You don't remember how stupid you were chasing a butterfly"

Shen Ruyi turned to look at her.

"I wasn't chasing any butterfly!"

"Oh, so you remember. I thought you've forgotten."
